TDM reward distribution should depend on K/D difference

so in ctf or cp the purpose is to capture and you get points for doing that. even better the exp you get is a lot lower than the points you get and this means that you'll get a better exp:crystal ratio for capturing. 

however, in TDM, the purpose is to play for k/d. so even if you help your team get 20 kills you're not helping if you also get 40 deaths. the current system encourages people to just blindly rush to get as much kills as possible without thinking about staying alive for as long as possible. 

therefore, i suggest that for tdm, the amount of crystals you get will be based on how much more kills you have than deaths.
