Declined Making issued punishments visible only for those who got the punishment and invisible for others

Well, I've seen people getting bans and it says "Player X has been banned for X Reason" in the general chats, what's the need of seeing this? Also, random players will start provoking the banned player by saying: "HAHAHAH GG, SIT, nice, ez, hhh"which is not fair for those who gets the punishment. you may say they do get punished for laughing at their punishments, but they don't and keep doing it on every single ban. my suggestion is to make it visible for the punished player not for everyone. or just simply ban those who laugh at other's punishment because it's provocative, annoying and showing a lack of respect for those banned players.

Players gotta know that offenders are getting punished and that chat mods are taking care of the chat so ban violations will stay public. Besides, if they weren't breaking the rules, they wouldn't get banned in the first place, let's be transparent about such behaviour. Also, chat mods do warn/ban those that are threatening others with ban or ridicule banned player but we cannot alter people's nature, so we encourage players to block everyone whose behaviour bothers/annoys them. Or simply disable the chat altogether.
