That is because your are not in those 4 countries which released for,

 

You need ask those german, poland tankers to download apk android install file to you, and manually install, bypass play store restriction.

 

Or change your play store region to german or poland, then you can download apk directly from those store, so you need to fool your phone that you are physically in german or poland

 

Or the simplest method, fly to german or poland, buy a phone there, create a google account, download that tanki app, and enjoy tanki mobile if you want it so badly

Guys I have found a way to change your operating system in your android device! :P Don't be so silly and buy a new device!!! :ph34r:

 

Solution: 

1. Back up your phone
2. Find a rooting software in your pc.
3. Get a USB wire, connect your phone to the pc, and carry out the rooting process. ( Rooting (Android) = Jailbreaking (IOS))
4. Change your operating system with some apps. (Browse the internet for more details)
5. Download the TO mobile or wait patiently

It should work.

Dictator will get the current overdrive assigned to it, not a new overdrive. If you're talking about the visual effect, that's likely to be this update (last bullet).

I do agree with you folks that we need to have hand held controllers and joysticks in Tanki Online. The reason for that is because there are many people around the world that use the X-Box One and PlayStation 4 consoles.

 

The good thing about games consoles is that you can now go online to download games and play games online straight from your game console. My suggestion would be for developers to enable the ability for players to play Tanki Online on X-Box One and PlayStations 4. By doing so, it will bring many millions of new Tanki Online players signing up to play Tanki Online so Tanki Online will become much more popular than it is now. Another good thing is by having more players play Tanki Online, this game's community will grow so Tanki Online will also grow and become more exciting than it is now because matchmaking battles and pro battles would always be full. By having more players playing Tanki Online also means that there shall be more battles on game servers.

 

By having more players to play Tanki Online, it would be a good thing for rare battles like juggernaut, because there are currently not many players playing juggernaut. Also having daily missions such as "earn 10 gold boxes" in juggernaut mode will encourage more players to play juggernaut battles in matchmaking battles. Pro battles will also have more players as well as in matchmaking battles which will bring those low number of players up. My priority is for more players to play the recent game mode like rugby and juggernaut in both matchmaking and pro battles, as well as to help encourage many more millions of players around the world to join and play Tanki Online straight through their PlayStation 4 and X-Box One consoles.

Awesome, I agree 100%, the number 1 problem with TO today is definitely low player count.

Also with this update TO will finally won't have an excuse to not addvertise. So they can increase player count and fix this major problem. (Tanki, you had better be listening and spend a few bucks fixing this. I mean come on you can "splurge" on at least one add!?!)

In order to get the word out, Tanki Online developers must do advertising. That way, Tanki Online would become much more popular and known to the pubic of world gamers. For example, the Grand Theft Auto series (GTA), had so much advertising that it became the world's number 1 gaming series of all time.

 

If you developers want Tanki Online to be extremely successful, you must do lots of advertising worldwide to increase the number of players in their millions.
