Revert supplies to their previous durations

NOTE: I know ideas regarding removing/revoking updates aren't accepted but hear me out.

 

When the administration first announced that overdrives (previously, ZERO-supplies) will stay in the game, they reduced the duration of supplies to 30 seconds instead of 60 to maintain the game balance. However, the overdrive we use today will only be characteristic of one hull come the new overdrives, meaning there will be no need to keep the current duration of the garage and/or battle supplies.

 

So, wouldn't it make sense to retrieve the 1-minute supplies we all enjoyed? Since there will be no need to balance out the free supplies handed over by (x tank's) special overdrive.

 

Some might argue "The overdrive we use now will still be in the game and used by a lot of tankers". Well, so would 6 other unique overdrives for their respective tanks, right?

The main reason for reducing the duration of supplies was not because of overdrive, but generally to nerf them and make the game a bit more fair for players who don't have as many supplies. Also, the short duration forces you to apply a better strategy with the way you use your supplies, since you have to carefully consider which supply ti use and when, otherwise your supplies will run out when you need them most.

 

With the 1-minute duration all you had to do was activate the supplies and not worry about them while you play, which was mostly P2W with very little skill involved. Besides, we're soon going to have even more drones, a lot of which increase duration of supplies, so having increased default duration combined with that would be far too OP.

Wait, minute-lasting supplies existed before?

yes, they only got shortened earlier this year in what they called an "experiment" that literally everyone hated but the change got implementated anyways, which is what usually happens when they try to add an update that players hate, they add it anyways

The duration was 45s, but you had 30s smart cooldowns. It meant that you couldn't brainlessly activate all three supplies in short succession like you can now.

Oh. Well then that was in the period when I temporarily quit tanki, and also that's not surprising, the developers don't give a damn about player opinions on updates and they just do whatever the heck they want.
