Yeah, of course.

 

What I meant by saying "I wish this bird could fly!!!", is that it would be so amazing if Dictator had wings like a bird.

Or all of the XT hulls with wings. If it could sense the tracks are not touching the ground while upright, then they could add a wing spread until the hull touches the ground.

For Halloween 2018 we shall have mega updates. Epic! 20 times gold boxes, and more rewarding mission chains, plus, new mission types. I wish developers could add new missions for juggernaut mode as well.

Unfortunately they're planning to replace mission chains with weekly missions. I know, it sucks.

Another thing I think about Dictator regardless about the XT skin, is that the hull has the same armor resistance as the viking but weighs 1000 more. The armor for both is 3000. Just based on Dictator being bigger, considerations should be given to making it have better armor rating than a viking. Maybe add 250 or 300 to it. It looks big but is too weak even at 20/20 M4 level.
