He's talking about magnum being able to horizontally rotate it's turret.

 

And for me it feels out of the ordinary to see it. :mellow:

Do not worry. These altered Magnums can not lob shots over walls. They can use peek-a-boo and try to snipe but that must be incredibly difficult.

I think its only at a 5 degree angle so extremely low . Might be usefull in some situations but expect not to see them too much around , more drawbacks then benefits imho.

Insta-hit turrets like Thunder and Smoky are best for sniping. They can not be dodged.

 

Magnum has limited projectile speed so it can be dodged just like Striker. Magnum with turret turning alt will not become OP even if the most skilled player used it. Stats do not allow that. No way.
