So hello, on the 2018-10-28 day someone logged into my account, they guessed it. And the hacked bought railgun m1 with 5/10 micro upgrades. I lost 77k crystals. I have 142k right now but my 77k would help a ton for a kit. Tanki says that the account owner bought it. I didnt buy it myself. I think its just sad that they say that i bought it. They can check the 10-28 logs they will see that someone logged in from a different ip. Help me somehow please.         https://imgur.com/a/D3vF02e heres the email they sent me.

Not really anything they can do about it, even if they see that the IP from when you got hacked was different than your usual one all they will say is you could have used a VPN or something to change it

Hello, if Tech Support has given you a negative response, it is highly unlikely that your crystals will be refunded. You could try again with more detail which you may have failed to mention before, but I doubt that will be useful. In the meantime, try and modify your account and email by linking them with more stronger passwords which are harder to guess, and make sure to keep your account secure both on the web and in real life, compromising your credit card or account details could instantly lead to even more problems. As for the logs, a different IP address is never conclusive evidence for a refund, since it includes a huge number of plausible scenarios.
