I know that. Still, that guy has a point saying this game is p2w in a way.

 

Huge number of Alterations now. A lot of Drones. And batteries. 300 crystals for one battery, and so far not a single sale on batteries.

 

I get that cosmetics are just for showing off. Only a lose would spend 100$ on a turret just for his look.

 

But the game is becoming p2w. Just a little, so far. But still. A group of 3 players with Drones in MM can win a battle very easily. Nothing you can do against them.

Tanki is having a reverse approach. Instead of having new skins for the buyers, while retaining the hard earned skins and new shot effects without removing the current ones, tanki is just doing the opposite.

 

It's like the arms dealer offers you a new sword by first backstabbing you and leaving the sword in your body. The "Deal with it" style.

You could say it's comparing apples and oranges, but considering they're both fruits, here it goes.

Many of the real life things people buy during black friday sales won't last forever (unless it's made of plastic). Even those fancy phones will be fun only a year or two. What matters is that the things people buy (are supposed to) serve some kind of purpose. Be it joy, a way to fit in, to make your life easier, out of necessity or something else. In the case of spending money on something virtual, it's generally joy. And if the purchase indeed results in some fun, then it's money well spent. If not, then it might be a good idea to think more carefully before buying something else. This applies to both real life things and virtual things.

It is a shame that the Black Friday 2018 countdown has been removed.

 

I also want to mention that last year's Black Friday 2017 was the first release of black boxes (containers) into Tanki Online. This year, I would like developers to add the possibility for players to drop black boxes into battles just as they do with gold boxes. Giving black boxes to your friends in battles by dropping them should not be a restriction and should be allowed by developers. There is noting wrong by dropping black boxes to your friends, either in matchmaking battles or pro battles.

 

By dropping black boxes to your friends, it can give them some luck. For example, if your friend ways to buy some equipment or micro upgrades in his garage during sale, or use supplies in battle, then dropping black boxes for him can help him get a bit of luck by earning some goodies from black boxes.

 

However, I do agree that weekly containers should not be dropped or purchased from the shop because they give bigger and very special rewards to players. Weekly containers should always remain in Tanki Online and be given only through weekly missions when players reach their milestones.

 

For the first time ever, I am willing to buy the mechanic drone, for repairing my tank when I need to. The only drone that I would consider as useful is the mechanic drone because it repairs your hull and can help you survive for longer when you have previously used the repair kit followed by an activated overdrive.

 

Since drones have been released into Tanki Online, players have never seen a sale on drones yet. This upcoming Black Friday 2018, I hope to see a 50% discount for drones and batteries in the garage.

 

I wish developers could add an invincibility drone that would make your tank indestructible for 1 minute, similar to GodMode ON.

 

What we should get as an update for Black Friday 2018 is also more overdrive colors, just like shot effect colors. Overdrives would look and appear much better if they had many more colors to choose from. Players would be able to earn overdrive colors from containers only.

 

Stunt Missions:

 

Developers must also add a new type of missions to the missions tab. That is stunt missions. Stunt missions would not consist of anything extreme, for example, like "Masters of Parkour", but rather, it would be more like jumping off cliffs on matchmaking maps of simply hop over a tank. What do you guys think?
