And if we want to buy another one, we should pay out between 50 USD and 75 USD.

its not just happening in Tanki but in other game rooms. my older son tried to buy items two days ago and it would not allow it. so I figure that it has to be due to all these sales for Black Friday events happening . that crashed the systems..
