TO Mobile - How to reactivate the download button if it's not working

We know some of you have been having some problems opening the link to download the mobile version of Tanki Online in our early access email.

 

If you've experienced this issue, here's how to solve it.

 

Gmail’s mailing service can sometimes disable the button in our message because it thinks it is a phishing link.

To re-enable it, you should:

 

  • Find our message (apologies for the screenshot in Russian, but you get the idea) containing the early access download button. If you can't find it, try looking in the Spam folder;

  • Click on the three dots in the upper right corner as shown in this screenshot;

  • Click on  «Report not spam»;

  • Return to your email inbox;

  • Open the message and click on the button «Download app».

 

If your message is still in the Spam folder, make sure you move it back to your Inbox.

 

If you have questions, feel free to ask them in this thread.

You can either wait until it becomes available in your country or you can purchase the early access pass.

The plan is to release TO mobile for all the countries in Europe before the end of the year and all other countries in February of next year.

How is possible that i bought offer 24 hours ago, and I did receive second email for early access?  http://prntscr.com/ljm9kc (purchase) and http://prntscr.com/ljma1y (1st email for early access) and it past one day as you can see in top right cornet ( you will be able to see it on this link http://prntscr.com/ljmaj6) and it past 24h i did check email and i sent it through that special link but I didnt receive 2nd email, i did contact support (http://prntscr.com/ljmb0i you can check it here to be sure), now I am awaiting for answer.... I hope you can help me... I use same email on my PC, phone and App store/Play store, however you call it.

I did check spam folder, I dont have anything there also i checked every single part of my email and still nothing, if you want more informations writte down here and i will send you DM. I did receive in-game items (crystals, supplies, containers and now i just need second email so i can download app). HELP ME MAN...

Good for you mate, I got reply from support team, and they said me to write again email and my nickname even if i wrote in that longer email i still have do it again  :angry: + i have to wait again..

Same problem, after 48hours I didn't receive the second email for download the game..

Contact support team, otherwise I dont know how are you going to receive it... I did and I hope they will send me tomorrow, attach as many as you can proves, and they will help you. here is my example http://prntscr.com/ljy0ib http://prntscr.com/ljy0zhcontact them via this link: https://tankionline.com/forms/free/en/ and you will get 2 emails, first one is unimportant, and in second one write your problem with full details or you can do all that on that form. I did something shorter on form, i just didnt believe there is enough informations so i did longer on email with full details.

Thank you TO for your support, I should have receive second email more than 48h ago, just saying to let you know, your support team is so bad, I want to congratulate you on that. Most likely because bots send us emails instead of people who work for you, you didnt respect your offer, I have been damaged, that is very nice from you, I am not only guy who has this problem, i believe there is so many, one of them is player named "Without" as you can see upper of this section. *We havent receive emails for "early access", I didnt receive second email with "download app" button, even if I wrote to "support team" and they answered me and again again past 24h they didnt send me second email, which is VERY NICE from them.

 

Cedric, you should be shamed of this problems, how you deal with them and etc. you should report this to developers, but thats not your job i get it... your job is to take our money and sell us fake offers as I can see. 

 

If I dont get second email with "DOWNLOAD APP" button in next 24h, I will quit my buyings in this fake game and maybe of playing it.

Shame on you. This is how they respect their players (customers), even if i attached my email and nickname on second email as you can see on screenshot upper (I can put full text what i have write them if you want) (here it is: http://prntscr.com/lk6eoa ), you can see my email which i hided and on button my nickname. then i get this email http://prntscr.com/lk6fch and wait for ANOTHER 24 HOURS and i respond on it after 2 hours, then i wait ANOTHER 24 hours and I dont get anything. Are you kidding me, Does tanki hates me bcs of free speech or what?!?! Just tell me I am curious...

Many players received their ealy access (2nd emails), some of us didnt, what are you doing about of rest who didnt receive their emails?? Hmm... Think about it. If this message get deleted that will show how tanki really works..  :ph34r:

Hi everyone. I did everything, even give the permit for gmail to download, but still the button is not working!!!

My phone is an adroid Samsung S8.

They aim to reply within 24 hours, but occasionally it can take a bit longer, especially if they need additional information. However, I inquired about your issue with the help desk and it turns out they resolved your issue within 24 hours after your initial message.

However, I inquired about your issue with the help desk and it turns out they resolved your issue within 24 

Yes they have sent it like 6 hours ago, thats bit more than 24h but its fine. 

Also I want to thank you for help/interest. 

 

Finally I got my "Early access" email, I want to thank tanki's support team for good job!

 

 

Also I hope you will reach out for Without too, He had same problem I hope you will help him too.

i press on "download app" ...but its not downloading ...its not a button

Hmm... Did you allow pictures, so you can see them, if you understand me... If you havent you should do it.

If you own iOS phone or some kind of those, that is not Android, you wont be able to download it then. 

It should be visible if you want to download it (like this) (I took screen from PC... but pictures are same).

I have an android and I pressed that button and it lead me to "Google Play" App or on site (its same, you will have to get on your email that u attached when you were sending to them), then you need to press download, otherwise you wont be able to download it by pressing "download app" button. Take it easy, think about every possible case. Good luck.

i press on "download app" ...but its not downloading ...its not a button

 

i have the same problem!!! Pls help !
