TO Mobile - How to reactivate the download button if it's not working

Hmm... Did you allow pictures, so you can see them, if you understand me... If you havent you should do it.

If you own iOS phone or some kind of those, that is not Android, you wont be able to download it then. 

It should be visible if you want to download it (like this) (I took screen from PC... but pictures are same).

I have an android and I pressed that button and it lead me to "Google Play" App or on site (its same, you will have to get on your email that u attached when you were sending to them), then you need to press download, otherwise you wont be able to download it by pressing "download app" button. Take it easy, think about every possible case. Good luck.

hi there! i can't seem to purchase the early access! It just hit over 5000, and i want to purchase it so i can get the rewards, but it won't let me. Every time i do it brings me to the external link page for the credit. card information then says there was an error??? any ideas? thanks in advance!

There are currently some issues with payments. They're working on fixing the problem, more info on it will follow.

Regarding the additional reward:

With tomorrow’s (23rd Nov) server restart at 02:00, the reward inside the bundle will increase by 3 containers and 30 000 crystals.

 

Those who have already bought the bundle, will also receive their additional rewards tomorrow, during the day. If you do not have it yet, you can buy the bundle in the Shop.

So you'll receive it tomorrow.

As for the missing email, have you checked your spam folder? If it's not there, please contact the help desk, they can help you further.

Have you checked your spam folder for any email from Tanki?

As for the paint, you'll only receive it if a total of 10000 early access bundles are sold. Currently there are about 8700 sold, so 1300 more to go.

Currently the game is only made for android. An IOS version is planned to be released in the near future.
