Greetings

 

My account was blocked for a certain reason. You say they are permanent block because of change of game rules.

 

Have you ever thought of giving everyone a chance? Perhaps lots of people will come back if you change policy a little bit? What is so wrong about sharing accounts? Why can’t my friends play on my account?

 

You realize a lot of people already do it, you just block them when someone reports it. And some have learnt it the hard way, they got their accounts snatched by you because they didn’t know sharing wasn’t allowed. You don’t expect a 15 year old to read all your rules and policy before playing game. Do you?

 

How about you give a second chance? Conduct a poll if you like. That would be courteous from you. I will appreciate it atleast, not just for my account but I know dozens more that were just a victim because of inadequate knowledge.

 

Couldn’t a message pop up on our accounts that sharing can lead to permanent block? Couldn’t that happen? You make us accept rules for your own sake but you don’t tell us something that is important for our account. How about you just give this topic a little discussion and think about how it can be mutually beneficial for you and us? Rules are and must be there, but could you be a little lenient about it? Could you spare us? You realize that If a kid is 15 years old he might have spent ¼ of his life with your game, do you think they read long rule pages or they are informed of not sharing account?

 

World and parents teach them enough that not to trust strangers…. Nobody told us in the first place to not share account. I am not going to fight about where you are wrong, you aren’t. you are right and you have got all that written. I just want you to understand the community. I don’t represent the consent of players, but I am one of them and something that I am saying, is atleast a little relevant to the community.

Sharing accounts allows players to experience other play styles (such as other combos or higher ranks) without needing to buy them on their own account. So for example, if someone wants to test Striker M3 but they don't have it, they have to buy it for 250k crystals, but if they just use their friend's account that already has Striker, they can try it and decide that they don't like it, thus not having to buy it on their own account. That's the most obvious reasons, but there are other, more important ones.

Just because a lot of people violate rules does not mean that it should be ignored.

No, we don't (even though it's legally required), but we do expect them to at least read the "Brief rules" on top of the rules page, which do mention that transfer of accounts is prohibited.

When you share account a couple of things can happen: 
​* someone can use all your crystals on equipment you did not want.

* someone can pretend to be you and fool your friends

* someone can post unpleasent stuff (swearing, external link,...), in battle on the chat or the forum or with gift

* mult in battle or drop all your gold supplies

* use third party software or hack
 

Benefit for you? NONE

​So don't share you account and save yourself from unpleasant/embarrassing time. It is more trouble than anything else.

Tanki does expect you know the game rules as when you create your account since day 1, you must click a little square that means that you’ve understood the game rules. Test drives are a different topic and we already have an idea under review where it's suggested. And I fully support that idea. But like I said in my post above - being forced to buy equipment to test it is not the only or even the main reason why account sharing is prohibited.

so basically it's not allowed because Tanki doesn't want you to be able to try stuff out without possibly wasting crystals. Overall imo it's a completely bogus rule, I get not sharing with strangers but if you've got good friends on here there is absolutely no valid reason for it to be against the rules, or at least for it to be a Forever ban

1. Sharing account isnt allowed cz others won't buy other items.Do you know how that sounds like? I didn't expect an official to say it like that. My friend has an iron, I don't. I would go to him to press my clothes. Oh noooo, the iron company would sue us cz I can't use his iron. If I do, I wont buy another iron?

 

2. The image shows that sharing a password can lead to being scammed hacked or such stuff. Like giving your car keys to a stranger. The world is progressing so rapidly and tanki is still stuck with blocks and account sharing and such matters.

 

When an official makes a rule, it should be absolute. If it can't be absolute, no need to make it in the first place. Its an insult to the rule.

If you cannot stop account sharing, if you cannot get to the root of it. If you cannot list all the players who share account and block them then Kindly, put that rule aside. Because if you don't, its you who fails to do what they say. is it justice then? is it same for all?

 

Pathetic is when an official said to me that abusing or insulting is allowed as long as it only concerns you or an individual. What type of joke is that?

 

Why are you guys so stubborn? Blocking for hacks is one thing, blocking for sharing accounts? really?... Make it absolute or take it down.
