Because Russian people are interested in tanks, you can see this if you look at all tank games have belonged to the Russians and Russia Market is almost %50 cheaper than International Market, except only a few things. For example, a gold is 29 RUB (equals 0,44$) on RU Market, but it's 1 $ in International Market.

you got the concept of cheating wrong , drugs aren't cheating , having best gear isn't cheating , it's good crystal management (and possibly buying).

 

you're stereotyping , it's not the case with all Russians ,same goes for international players , there are international players who drug waay more than any Russian does .

If I time my supplies right, I can start from base with DA activated and as soon as DD is available, I'll load that and then pick up a SB along the way. By the time I get the enemy base I can have all the supplies going. If you notice, there is a sound you can hear when a supply is ready to use. You have to be attuned to that sound and load accordingly.

I don't have any drones. I don't know how long it takes for a drone to cool down, but if you're interested, you can look it up on the Wiki. Since I don't own one, I haven't really studied them, except to see what they are and what they do.

I use assault drone occasionally , it's not maxed you but I'm pretty sure that if you max it you will be able to have infinite supply time , you just need to continuously get kills

Additionally, others already mentioned above that a lot of the things you thing are "cheats" are actually gameplay features. Particularly alterations and drones. They change the way your turret and supplies work, so in some ways it becomes a lot more powerful and looks like the player is using cheats, when they actually aren't.

 

If you see anything suspicious in battles, just report them using the "Vote" option (see instructions here), but please make sure you are familiar with the game before you report, so that you don't waste moderators' time on false reports.
