riddler, as far as your crazy and stupid idea goes, this may top it, or equal your water cannon, but I like the idea of a normal exhaust pipe like in TX I believe there's some black smoke when you accelerate from standstill, that would be a nice addition as a graphics add-on, but to use it as a weapon is, just not real

My ideas are not crazy nor stupid. They do make sense. However, I do agree that it would be good to have black smoke effect for this fart pump like in Tanki X, like you suggested.

no, using gas as an anti-tank weapon does not make sense, the Germans tried it in WWII, It didn't work, why does it make sense to you?

This is not gas. My idea is about a black smoke pump that shoot black smoke behind tanks. The black smoke would have the similar effect as on the Vigilante 8 game for PlayStation 1. Just watch the video about the school bus (Molo) in vigilante 8 and you will understand what I am talking about.

its actually an interesting idea, they filled a large rifle round with tear gas actually, loaded it into an anti-tank rifle, it was planned to pierce the armor and crash into a wall and release the gas, but it was too powerful and just went through the tank like a normal round, so all you got was an angry tank crew staring at you, and you'll be the one crying xD

IS-2 has 90-150 mm of LOS armor. That can not be penetrated by any 20 mm gun except M61 Vulcan.

Black smoke could be like a smoke screen. Use some imagination before telling Riddler that his idea is stupid.

smoke screens are the only thing in this idea that would work, but it would make the graphics experience more unpleasant for people who had nothing to do with it, however, this idea is feasible, A South African defense firm is teaming up with Saab to provide the same kind of protection to tanks and armored vehicles. The screen obscures the attacker's line of sight and gives the vehicle and occupants a chance to get behind cover. its a great and down-to-earth idea, but Riddler is taking this good idea and giving it un-realistic capabilities, and very childish side-effects.

I think he really meant a smoke screen or exhaust pipe that leaves black smoke behind it, like in the videos he linked. In the Vigilante game it sounds like a fart, but in a game like Tanki that could be left out.

I like the idea of a smoke screen (I don't want it to be added either way but its a good idea), but a smoke screen and exhaust are not the same things

Please dont name it fart, it would be grosssss!! but flamethrower or gas pump or exhaust. you know what change you can make to this is that you culd choose what you want to throw from following:

 

1.a flame (like of firebird)

 

2.thing which 'freeze' turret shoots

 

3.smoke gas , which culd be ejected to block the vision of one following you from behind.

 

 

 

 

 

sound effect could be not of a fart if you dont want to spoil your game
