Fire your programmers! They not only delay the long planned overdrives, they even can't do the new mission system that make sense. Look what they did: they can made the weekly mission progress automatically counts the finished daily missions but the rewards won't automatically be given to players. They made players to claim the rewards, both daily and weekly. They have serious logic problem in their heads. Fire them !

rlyy -_-

1) long-drawn overdrive

Do u even know the hard work and time it takes

Idk but I can imagine it

A turret having the same parameter from years and then one hull just changes it

It wud be really tough

It's not only changing the parameters of 13 turrets , there are alts also

So it takes more time

Imagine smoky with autocannon it decreases damage by 85%

And then viking increasing it

2)What

Decreased reload time. For example, if Railgun M3 right now has a 6s reload, then it will probably have a... 3s reload with that alteration? Same goes for energy-turrets, they will just have a bigger duration of fire.

Odd choice of wording "firing speed" - not game terminology.  "Quicker reload" would obviously have been more appropriate.

And how does Twins have "quicker re-load"?

Ricco... would be odd... does have a very small re-load but also has energy.

So DPS of "shot" weapons would increase.  DPS of energy would not...

You don't get what I am talking. Probably you are at the same level as them.

BTW of course I don't know what they are going to mess up and every players don't. If you know the details that means you are actually one of them and you are a fraking troll.

My personal opinion on the claiming of rewards is this:

First I thought "strange, completing a daily mission automatically increases the weekly mission counter; but I still do have to enter the dialog and claim the mission manually? Why does the system don't do this automatically for me... -.-"

My second thought was: "hmm.. if it would claim automatically, then after 2 played battles I would not know which tasks are left for me. I would anyways need to go to the dialog and check it. And I would not know anymore what reward was promised to me. Ok, they could make a popup window, like the one that pops up after you ranked up, telling you what was unlocked for you. But if they do that popup, all the time, then I would be anoyed about it in case I would know what I received and when I would know what do do next.

Overall they simply needed a way to make the players aware of what they got; to check what's next; and they chose the simplest aproach to it."

So while I had the same understanding of the situation like you in the beginning, I think it's actually a good move to save ressources. When I look how understaffed they seem to be.. I truly prefer they pick a solution that works, and have the option to improve it later on.

Making someone claim the missions is truly the most efficient way (from the coding point of view) to make sure they know what's to do next.

What's really broken is the fixed day for weekly missions to re-load.

Many take > 1 week.  Complete in middle of week - means there's no point in playing for days as you wait for the weekly missions to load.

That is just dumb.

Replying to Issimo

Sadly.

You can try to use the Quote option next time when replying to someone's question or just about anything. Like that you can be sure that your response will not get buried and confused with something else.  :)

I hope that the new overdrives will be released this coming Friday. Shall they be released as promised this Friday?

Please can you folks make a special V-Log explaining how V-Logs are made. In the upcoming V-Log 194, please show us how V-Logs are made so players would know what techniques are used behind the scenes to film and what software is used to capture footage of battles and explanations of future updates in V-Logs before being released.

Played one MM battle today, it was pretty bad, one hacker with Striker in the pro team ruined the game. At the end my noob team wasn't even carrying the flag (Assault) and both teams just waited for the battle to end at their bases.

Please can someone tell me when the new challenges missions would become available? When will those types of missions be released? For the main missions, when will they too be released?

They didn't promise that, so we'll just have to wait and see.

There's no info to share about that yet. Who knows they'll have some news to share on Friday.

My idea about weekly missions is to rename it as Weekly Challenges and do some tweaks to it.

These Challenges would be all about daily missions:

10 daily missions would give us 2 containers

15 daily missions would give us 1 extra container

20 daily missions would give us another extra (1) container.

And devs could decide on giving Weekly Containers or the old Weekly Rewards.

But daily missions need to be less difficult.

The look would be different, instead of looking like missions maybe there should be a progress bar and a week counter.

To get the rewards you'd have to do the missions during a week. That means all progress would reset every week if not completed.

Now you're thinking why it only gives 4 containers for 20 hard missions compared to today's total of 5?

That's because I would like to see Super Missions:

3 Super Missions like "Finish Top 3 in 10 Battles", "Destroy 250 Tanks", "Earn 10000 Exp", and so on.

Each of the Super Missions would give us 1 container. You can finish these Super Missions in a day, a week, a month or whatever time it takes you to complete them. After completing a Super Mission in less than a week you get a new one at the start of the next week, but if let's say you complete one in 10 days, you get a new Super Mission the next day.

In total, Hard players would be able to get 7 containers a week. Light players and casuals ought to do 10 missions to get 2 containers and eventually get containers from eventually completing Super Missions.

Re-setting progress if not completed?  That will not go over well - at all.

So as a casual (light) player it seems like a good possibility I end up with less containers than I get now.

Your Super-Mission pretty much mirrors the current "floater" mission which often takes > 1 week and gives 1 container + 1/3 weekly crystals.'

And...   How are those weekly supplies/crystals rewarded?  The ones that come in weekly containers?

FYI... this all sounds like a scheme to reward hard-core players even more.  They already gained an advantage with the current set-up.  And you want to widen that gap?

NO THANKS.

NO THANKS.

I forgot to say that daily missions needed to be a little easier.

Now if you think about it getting 2 containers for doing 10 medium difficulty missions a week it's a good deal. Hardcore players would have to struggle more if they want more, because doing 20 out of 21 is not the same as doing 10 out of 21 two times.

Super Missions would be friendly to casual players because these don't reset, and if a hardcore player does these missions in a day he won't get new ones until the next week. Apart from hardcore players regular player would get the same container reward for about the same effort, the only difference would be time.

Maybe Weekly Containers can stay or Weekly Rewards could come back, I don't like opening Weekly Containers.

I usually do. Doesn't work on internet explorer and I didn't feel like changing browsers  ^_^

We should be able to complete more than 3 daily missions per day. Maybe 5 or 6.

Some days, we have time to complete 6 missions for example. Some other days, we only have time to complete 2 missions.

Devs made it hard to earn containers now. Why? Why this irrelevant pack of brainless noobs decided to do that? They are making a lot of moneys with star weeks. They have sold more than 8000 early access bundles. They don't need to force casual players to buy stuff...

It's so hard now to earn containers. It was very easy to earn 4 containers per weeks before. And it's not like these containers were giving us 300k crystals per week.

I stopped playing with this new BS missions.

hard-core players and buyers probably complained the "casual" players were putting up too much of a fight.

These changes widen the income gap - making the casual players more vulnerable.
