yupe tanki revenue is going down fast , a month with nothing from pay pal .. looks bad no Christmas bonuses this year...

It doesn't work for me either where I live (U.S.). This doesn't give me great confidence in giving Tanki any credit card information if they can't solve issues with PayPal right before one of the biggest sales of the year.

Or at least tell us if you are AWARE of this glitch, and if you are working on it.

It is weekend, offices are closed. I can guess you will need to wait till Monday to know more. In any case it is a long holiday event, so they could alter or add additional thing, nothing is definite.

sir most of us have been waiting a month now for this to be fixed. why should be even bother to buy items . and yes its our right to choose not to after this happened.. other games company's have been back on line since last weekend.. how do I know ,my older son had the same issues and they fixed it faster then tanki..

I understand very much your frustration, Cedric addressed it as well. Perhaps it is something beyond what devs can influence at the moment - if something is broken in your car and you can fix it, you do it, but if you need a whole new part that you have to order and wait for days to arrive, there's not much you can do in that situation. And since it's close to holiday season, some things are even harder to obtain or sort. Maybe it's even Murphy's law. Whatever it is, I really hope it will be sorted soon so that everyone can enjoy holiday season in Tanki. We will update the topic as soon as we get some information that we can share but please be patient and do try using other means of payment in the meantime.

The sale in the shop is gone. We wanted to use Paypal and enjoy the sale yesterday. Using paysafecard today will be a waste, with no sale.

For those who say PayPal isn't working, you may have to wait until server restart today (Dec 21^st , 2018) For it to show up. I'm good it works here.

I see the mods are telling paying customers off for telling the truth - That is incredibly bad business sense. Do understand that it is YOU who are supposed to provide the service, and when you fail and then try and censor justified complaints you just annoy PAYING CUSTOMERS even more.

They haven't been told off for reporting that it wasn't fixed for them. They've been thanked for reporting it, were told to remain calm and that it was forwarded to the developers. Reports are important, so the issues can be caught (and solved) much quicker! They were also informed that as soon as there was more news to share about it, it would be posted in this topic. That's all the information we were able to offer, unfortunately. When the complaints turned into flaming, they were told to stop doing that, because that's only going to make the situation worse and it's not going to help TO solve the payment problems any faster.
