Well, men and women seem quite different to me.

There will never be equality between men and women unless a few thing begin to happen:

 

1...Majority of men accept women as Leaders and agree to follow. 

2...Equal pay for equal work.

3...Women are hired and fired with the same consideration as men, not because of gender. Yes, it happens, yes it's against the law. All it takes is a small infraction, like not meeting a deadline regardless of how unimportant that deadline is, and she can be fired for incompetence. A man with less qualifications can be hired in her place. 

4...Equal respect in the workplace. 

 

A lot of it starts in the home. A boy learns from his father how to treat a woman.

I have no problem with the leadership of women. I would like to see more women in the army, even in high ranks like Colonel and General. Slovakia is probably going to have a female president, 2nd round of elections is after few days.
