I'll start: When I first saw a Gold Box, I started running around the map with my Wasp, and I saw the drop zone. I got really excited then. I just sat there waiting patiently, until it finally started dropping! It was coming closer and closer to me. I looked all around me, and there were people coming, but thankfully, the catch was mine!  ^_^

I had read that the 100 crystal box was being replaced by the 1000 crystal box, but it's drop was more rare. It was quite a while before I saw one and quite a while before I even got close to one. But when I finally caught my first Gold Box, clenched my fist, kicked back with my elbow and said, "YESSSSSSSSSS!!"

The first time I ever saw one I would have had no idea what it was and must've driven past it with my lil Wasp M0 not turning my turret.

First time i saw one it was just randomly laying on the ground in the corner of a map, after i took it i thought that nothing happened since i didn´t get any supplies activated

My first gold (I took more much before but the first time I realized that it's a gold) was in Moon Silence, I was killing players with mamoth+shaft and I just saw something near me which was covered with gold and I took it

 

after 2 days, my uncle, who has taught me this game, explained what a gold box is, then I tried to take all the golds.

 

The year is 2019 and anymore I do not care about golds much...

That was more than 4 years ago so I don't exactly remember, but I must have thought it was like the best thing ever in the game, and I got really mad when I couldn't catch one.

Got curious about what it was. I drive up to the dropzone in my shaft titan, and got killed. Then, someone else took it. I changed to hunter thinking: "Next time when it drops, I'll be faster!"

That was a long time ago. I stopped playing for a couple years because of domestic issues that were more important, though I came back occasionally and played a battle just to keep the account active. 

 

As I recall, when I saw my first gold box, it was falling very close to me. I started going towards it and was killed by Railgun. As I ascended towards the heavens on my way to rebirth, I saw someone else catch it. This was before the siren was added. Personally, I preferred not having the siren.

I first caught my first gold box in highways map. That's why to this day, I favor that map. I was on bridge A (the biggest one) it was dropping down below. I went with my M0's and caught it above everybody. Some said I hacked, but I didn't. :P

First time heard the siren of gold box made me feel that some nuclear bomb will drop soon and i have to hide somewhere, so i did it.
