Declined Select Team Colors before playing on a team in team battles

I am bored to always play as the red or blue team in team battles and the green team in Deathmatch and juggernaut battles. Please give players the ability to choose their team colors. For example, when playing in team battles, players could choose to play as yellow vs white team. Players would choose their team colors before joining team battles. That would make team battles appear different but with the same gameplay and battle modes. Players would be able to choose from any team color before joining team battles. This is suitable in pro battles. In matchmaking battles, the team colors would be randomly chosen. As an example, I might end up playing a team battle on the black team.

 

Just like we have shot colors, team colors would help players enjoy a more colorful team play experience. Developers could add other suggestions to team colors feature, but as of my suggestion that would do for now.

 

Please can we have team colors.

I was about to agree with you, but then realised that all you're suggesting is a cosmetic feature. What's the point? All you're doing is making things more complicated by adding different colours. In DM I guess it's fine (but still pointless) since everyone is an enemy anyway, regardless of colour. But in team games imagine you see a black, yellow, purple and orange "team" players, and you have no idea whether they are on your actual team or not. It would be a mess.

 

What would be much more useful is the ability to choose whether you play on the red or blue team when you join, which is what I originally thought you were suggesting. I recently had a mission in ASL mode and wanted to play for red team. 5 battles in a row and every single time I'm blue. I'd love to be able to choose the team, or at least select the preferred team so that MM will try to prioritise putting me on that team. However, at the same time you should be able to see the map you're about to play on, otherwise this feature will only be useful for ASL mode.

You must agree with me maf. What I am suggesting is to have different team colors. When players play in team battles, there are only two teams, not more. My suggestion here is to give the ability for players to choose team colors before joining a battle. There are only two teams, so each team must pick a color before joining the battle.

 

The default team color would be red and blue. Players cannot choose the same color for both teams, so they must choose a different color.

 

Please Maf agree with my idea and put it in under review because my suggestion is to give all team colors, but not increase the number of teams in team battles. Remember, my suggestion is for team colors on only 2 teams.
