My battle pro where is it?

Hi I bought right now the battle pro pass. My crtstals went from 90k to 85k .
But I still cannot enter battle pro. I reloaded game 3 times and still cannot .
Please fix it.

Are you in a clan ? if so you need to contact tech support via the form , if not and you still cant enter a pro take a screen shot where the pass would be and send that to tech support also  , heres the link https://tankionline.com/forms/free/en/

That may not be enough to prove the pass was purchased. They will probably ask for a copy of your receipt. Saying that your crystals went down from 90K to 85K and taking a screenshot of the place where the pass should be is still your word against theirs.

Hi, as  has already suggested above, you'll need to contact the Tech Support in order to get a refund / working PRO Battle Pass.

 

In the future it's best if you post your game-related questions/issues in the official Q&A thread.
