Invalid Allow Paints From Previous Challenges to be Earned Through Containers

Hello Tankers.

The first Challenge has ended, and the second Challenge is currently live. As you all know, the previous Challenge, and the current Challenge as well, have new Paints as rewards as you advance in Tiers. The Paints were really cool from the first Challenge in my opinion, and are not bad for the second Challenge.

Anyway, my Idea/Suggestion is to let players obtain the Paints from previous Challenges through Containers, just like how you can normally get Paints from Containers. Obviously they could get Paints from Tiers they didn't reach yet. This might bring more satisfaction to player who weren't able to get all the Paints. An alternative to this idea could be that players couldn't get Paints that are from the CURRENT Challenge. It makes sense, though, because if someone gets a Paint from the current Challenge, then they may pass that Tier and then they'd already have the Paint reward, so preferably, after the current Challenge is done, then you can get the Paints you didn't get from that past Challenge.

So, what do you guys think of this?

This is my opinion but here is how I would've done if it was up to me. Let the players get the ''previous'' challenge's paints and put them in containers but not the new paints that are in the current challenge that is going for example. When will the current challenge's paints will be added to the containers and will be available to all players? Only then the challenge ends so..during the challenge..you can't get them although you can get all the previous paints that were in the previous challenges.

I kinda like the paints being unique. Why bother to play the game to get them if you can just buy a bunch of containers?

Don't all (or most) new animated paints get added to containers anyway, as soon as the event or special offer, where they were introduced, ends?

If they can add those WC cups, which few players want, then I don't see why this idea couldn't be implemented.

Okay look - I go universtity, 9am until 5pm, monday, thursday, friday + I work too on tuesday/wednesday/friday from 4pm until 12 midnight yet I have completed 2000 stars, I do have a life yet completed 2000 stars - I wanted the rewards, I got them even when I have a "life".

That's fine, your lifestyle allows it. What about the ones who have a family? Spend quality time with the kids, go to soccer games, etc that your kid is playing in, spend quality time with your wife. Sit down with the bankbook to pay bills, balance out your checking account. Occasionally (though for some it's often) having to bring work home. All that is time spent outside of Tanki. 

 

I have responsibilities outside of Tanki, though I don't have a family. I certainly don't have time to complete 2000 stars. Not only do I have my personal responsibilities, but I also have a business to run. A lot of that kind of work can't be done during business hours. 

 

Think, man, think. Just because it's easy for you and you have the time, doesn't mean that everyone else does. Quit trying to walk in everyone else's shoes, because there is only one pair of shoes that fits and that's the ones on your own feet.

I checked this - new paints from challenges all get added to containers when the challenge ends.
