Kit Purchases from the shop

Has anyone else had issues with purchasing kits from the shop? I went to go purchase the northerner kit, it was 20% off with a card thing that is given out randomly etc. It said the payment was successful but I did not receive the items, the payment was approved and is shown on my credit card purchases log. I have contacted customer service, however I am wondering if there is anything that can be done in the mean time to self resolve the issue?

this sometimes happens, although i am don't fully understand what can cause it... if your items do not appear within the next planned server restart (In about 2 hours and 10 min) then you can contact tech support. i dont really think you can do anything other than wait

According to other players on discord its not just credit cards, its paypal too and gift cards. There seems to be issues with the payment system
