Women are winning by a decent margin, the way TO phrased this was excessive (and, I suppose, exaggerated in that sense). It's most likely just a poor attempt at being funny, I guess.

'Gender WAR - Women are winning by a decent margin' is hardly an exciting title is it?  :P Titles that catch the eye is what draws people in, it'll spike their interest and they'll be more likely to check what it's about. A little exaggeration definitely helps with that.

FYI, if I were to write announcements, they'd all sound like what you're suggesting, which is exactly why I'm not a (copy)writer..;p

Yeah...now I wish I joined Ladies Faction. If only if all these buyer MEN/no lifers didn't join the Ladies side...men would've won easily if real men actually joined the Gentlemen faction.

I think this comes because far less players joined the Women's faction, so the averages arent pushed down by having too many people and the players with a significant number of stars have a bigger impact on the average. Mildly interesting.

To all those who are worrying that the Men's faction is losing because of too many idle accounts on the Men's side — nope, we've got an algorithm that's taking care of that. So that's really the Women kicking your butts.

 

To all those who are calling players on the Women's faction "no-lifers" — don't be babies. Roll up your sleeves and start doing something to change the score.

You cannot buy the paints anymore as the WAR has started. You had to buy one in February, before the War started.

WAR now start on the first day of each month, make sure you check the news at the end of this month.

I stopped playing the gender war after it was clear that you won't have a normal live outside Tanki if you want to have the average score of your fraction or more. Just a minimum number of stars would also have been fair, without ripping your social life apart. 

 

But maybe I would also lose my sense of reality if I was developing a game all day long... ;)

Here's something I really wish everybody who plays tanki could see:
I am very offended about the way you guys wrote how men's faction is losing in the news section in-game. In my opinion, it was rude, biased and unfair. Stop trying to discourage us, it's not working. We will not let them "crush" us, we will not let them "ANNIHILATE" us, we will not let them "wipe the floor", we are MOST certainly NOT puny little tanks, they will NOT "crush us into bits", they will NOT "vacuum us up", and they will NOT "dump us into the backyard dumpster! How could you say this about us!? Our tanks are NOT puny, and they do NOT look down on us! We can win this war, if not will! That was THE MOST biased piece of tanki online news I have ever heard. It isn't even news, as a matter of fact, it's just a biased taunt that will only make us fight harder. And at the end you say, "Anything could happen!" Well if you just threw that in at the end to hide being very biased and unfair, maybe you might have to think about that little sentence a little harder, because that's the only true thing you said there.
Yes, anything could happen.

So you guys should keep an eye out for that.

Corrosive mix for freeze removes freezing and adds 5% damage. Incendiary mix for firebird removes burning but adds 10% damage and reduces energy consumption by 50%. Someone please tell me how the hell this game is balanced. Shock freeze reduces energy consumption by 50% for 50% less damage just for extra freezing. Freeze is extremely weak now

I don't think Tanki has a bias against any faction, all they want is more players playing Tanki o players playing for longer periods of time, and hopefully spend more money, which is good for business, which in some way may be good for the game we play.

To be honest, I think victory hardly matters for this war. In previous wars, if you were on the winning faction everything was amazing and if not you wouldn't get too much even if you worked quite hard. This time, the only thing that determines your rewards is yourself because you only get an animated paint from winning the war, but if you try hard enough you can get at least an XT Shaft.
