Um, a LOT of mods could do it, as far as I know. I’m pretty sure that most contest organisers have ways of checking for alternate accounts, and I think that IPs are involved...

Correct Answer: Issue 21

 

The first experiment took part after the Issue 21. Basically, Semyon Kirov, the community manager at that time proposed this idea of posting articles separately throught the whole month. Apart from our new system though, the articles have been posted on the main page. The experiment was a short-lived one and after three months, the issues returned back to the forum.

Nope, the question was worded pretty clearly. I asked which was the last issue that preceeded this experiment. In other words, the last issue BEFORE the experiment. The fact that 5 players were able to answer correctly is a proof of it. I am sorry if you misunderstood it, but there's nothing I can do about it. Perhaps, pay more attention to the question and read it multiple times to be sure of what is asked.

The huge amount of time it took for the question to be answered is proof that the people soon realised the question wasn't what it sounded to be. Otherwise, finding the answer was so easy- just look up in the Archives which topics have a 'Main topic' and which don't.

IDC the rewards were crap anyway.

I'll repeat it again. It was very clearly phrased what is being asked. If you did not know the meaning of the word or totally skipped it, there's nothing I can do about it. If I want to answer a question correctly, I have to understand it in the first place.
