Russian Scammer - Spam/Bot ?

I play in the lower ranks now and I have seen this same message over and over, day after day for several weeks in many different battles.

I know this is not the Russian Forum...I don't speak Russian, but I'd hate to see some poor soul get scammed in Tanki, Russian or Whatever Country.

 

Any comments other than this is not the Russian Forum, or Violations section is closed refer to Cust Serv, or just a plain old simple delete?

 

I hope a moderator can pass this along to somewhere it should be noticed.

2 Euros?  Wow, big operator.  He must be clipping quite a few gulible suckers though or at least he has persistence.  He plasters this spam almost everywhere in the low ranks.
