Declined Gender war, inactive players

I've bought the gentleman paint for the gender war, but I've been told by some new players like my friend, that he got it for the looks and had no idea it was part of the gender war(also cause it was cheap) this causes people to buy the paint and not really care about the war, I suggest that the people with less that 25% of the average should be ignored in the average as I have said people may buy the skin for the looks, also it should say on the skin limited availability or something similar so players know that it will disappear from their garage after the war.

There's so many players participating in the war that it doesn't matter if someone is inactive. I can't imagine there would be that many people who buy a paint for it's looks (which they know will be removed) and then don't even use it. So these players won't contribute much to the final result.

 

Either way, it's too late to suggest changes for the ongoing War event.
