sir just because it was done back in Feb , anything could happen . they could have cheated again with this event. as you said you are looking into it and I feel that you might want to change the events  prizes . for example have the contests end on a Wednesday instead of how it is now. this will give you and your staff more time before you hand out prizes , so you can find cheaters . second is basically how tankiX do's there colouring contest , that only done in colouring and no digital photos allowed . this way no photo shopping can be used.. how they send them in is scanned to players computers and then send in with a social group link..

Distribution of the rewards got delayed a bit unfortunately, because one of the winning entries in the contest was under investigation and that investigation had to be concluded first.
