sir you stand a higher chance of winning in the newspaper section then you do in the other contests that tanki CM puts out. not sure why or how they choose the winners.

They probably use a random generator as well, but they have way more participants than Newspaper contests right now.

That's a good point. Angeclown was proofreader to be exact, but I would accept that answer as well.

 

As for the rewards, they won't be increased.
