i agree with @muffingirl362 !

 

Tanki keep pushing the free players into the corner hoping that someday we will buy too, but what tanki didn't know is that we "CAN'T" buy no matter what !!

 

i live in the THIRD world for god sake, my father work for +12 hours a day earning only 20$ a day, if i asked him to pay for my battle pass he will kick me out of the house, he barely pay for my internet !!!  :(

 

This is why i don't play anymore despite my love for this game.

I live in "Third world" too. Here, 5$ equals to Rs.700. And I can't get MasterCard because I have to work/get a job, but it's too hard to find one. :(

Be patient, they are removing rewards from Silver Tier, and that's not an easy job.

Tanki has already nerfed the container rewards, removed containers from challenges (compared to the first one), now there are tiers with no rewards at all.  And you think that's generosity?  Jesus wept, and you were the best of the swimmers?

 

I'm guessing that's your alt account and you've got a fully M4'd account to run back to and not have to worry about free things, as you've already got it all.

What a joke. Removing a "few" things from the Silver Tier, only to encourage people to buy the Battle Pass + 3 days of Premium and insisting for 4-5 paragraphs about  how "super cheap" it is.. Great marketing skills Tanki you've got there I've gotta say. Really out-done yourself if I may say so.

 

They are that desperate for money? Ruin a good game that holds so many good memories for loads of people including myself for dough??

For that extra bit in the paycheck at the end of each month? It is sad. You lose players and you don't care?

I love Tanki Online. It was one of those games you could play for free and STILL have a TON of fun. (2009-2015)

Now? Not as much, although a lot of debate has gone into whether it's dead or dying my own personal opinion is that it still is 30% fun and 70% pay.

 

I know Tanki themselves can say "You want good things you have to pay for it." Like they did when they made paints ridiculously  expensive and compared it to getting a watch. Wow. Just wow. Tanki let me remind you, one of the major points of this MMO game was that is was FREE TO PLAY. Doesn't it say "Tanki Online-Free MMO Game"? You really pride yourself for being free eh? Or perhaps the dusty forgotten thing hasn't been edited in years. I think you have the wrong balance of Free to Pay.. free being 3/10 and pay being 7/10.

 

And that isn't changing by the looks of it. Okay I don't buy but I had fun playing and saving for Railgun and Hornet M3, along with my favourite paint Jaguar. But then they decreased the damage and made me pay for a hundred thousand crystal alteration to get it back. Okay again the whether or not alterations are good or bad for this game is a very subjective topic and varies from opinion to opinion)) (50k I bought on sale) And then again removed the shot effect for the M1, M2 and M3 modifications of Railgun and shoved the old M3 colour shot in the second Challenge  in like tier 4 (Gold Tier no less). (February challenge I think)

making old players like myself who loved the old gold shot effect for M3 really want to have it back. See the tactic behind this? That Thunder Prime skin looks so dead and bad compared to the obvious work, time and effort that went into the old Railgun XT, Hornet XT, Thunder XT and Viking XT. Something is clearly lacking here.

 

I bet the removed items from the Silver Tier are either Shot Effects, Containers or both.

 

I miss the old Tanki. But I'm not going to stop playing this game till it's maybe 10% fun and 90% pay.

To be absolutely honest it's the good people and friends I've made in this game on my journey to the top that keeps me really in it, and I'm reluctant to leave the things that took me a load or hard work, eagerness and time to obtain.

 

Please Tanki. Listen to your players... without them the game simply does not exist.

They should do a poll in which the majority of votes for whether a certain update or idea of theirs is good or not. And that it is listened to and followed. Shoving updates in and telling their players to get used to it annoys alot of people. Anyone remember #RemoveMissionUpdate raging in chat?

 

 

(Also to anyone who even replies to this, I probably won't reply for ages if at all. I rarely come on the Forum and when I do it's either to involuntarily make a fool of myself, or to add my complaints to the others about this dead/dying game. Which also happens to be alot of fun sometimes which just proves what a great game it was. Yes. Emphasize  the was.)

Darn it, Tanki, challenges were a F2P thing with pretty decent rewards for the silver tier, with a bonus for buyers. This... this is a move in the wrong direction. Adding extra stuff for the buyers, OK. Taking stuff away from the free players... not cool.

 

EDIT: The topic is starting to sound less like an announcement and more like an advertisement. Thats a bad omen.

They are now giving us things we already have in the garage.

 

Containers never did that.  If I got 20 containers from an event, I could never open a container and receive a paint I already have in my garage. 

 

All they've done is make it a bit easier for players buying Premium to get to top Tier.  Average Joe player will now get less from the Challenge as well as not bothering to play in the WARs which... coincidentally enough - rely on Stars.
