been seeing things like this for years. this is not just in pro battles with these players are every where and its hard to keep up to the signs of the times on hackers . no sooner you figure there hacking ways , then new technology comes out .

 

for giving back to the players on this issue please no pro pass for a day .. please give us something better.. sure the ones who do use  pro need to have it.. but its would also be nice to have like 5 x times battle funds for the weekend..for all players

Not really. It's just a statement of fact. Most people just don't realize the massive amount of money that the company needs to pump into the game just to keep it running.

 

Hardware goes obsolete or gets damaged over time and has to be replaced. Employees need to get paid every month and sometimes new people need to be added to expand the team. Software licenses also cost money. The list is endless.

Long time ago you no sell containers for money, you no sell premium account for money, you no sell paints for money, you no sell pass to challenge for money and company still exist, why?

 

Before players don't won 0 crystals in private battles, don't buying expensive battery to drone which fund from battle which does not return this investment and company still lived. Why?

 

You for everything need always big money, money and money. Stop create stupid idea like overdrives for hulls and drones then you no must employes new worker to company and lost money for them every month paid. 

 

Simple solution? - simple.

 

So far, you suck money from people like mosquitoes blood and you can not even make sure that servers are stable. For such situations you must always be secure, that is have the option of emergency mode, addditional aggregators, Everything that happens is the reason for the drastic decline of online players in Tanki-Online.

tanki makes new updates that we dont like, but ofc the buyers have no problem with it. they are just playing a game. if something drastic happens like tanki closes the shop, then all of them will start rattling like babies and flood the forum with hate and complains

 

buyers dont care because they can just buy the new stuff and still remain OP

 

tanki makes updates. buyers buy more supplies, crystals etc and tanki makes money

While we work on solving these issues, we are forced to temporarily disable PRO Battles. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to give an exact date for when this feature will be back online.

 

Additionally, our investigations show that these issues are mainly due to the actions of a group of players, who are trying to take an unfair advantage of the game by attacking our servers.

 

We are investing considerable time, money and energy into protecting our systems so that you can have a good gaming experience.

 

We’re honestly upset that these events are ruining your fun by taking PRO battles away from you (hopefully not for long), and our programmers are working tirelessly to bring the game back to its full functionality as soon as possible.

 

P.S. We thank you for your support and understanding. When this issue is finally resolved, we will be compensating those players who have been inconvenienced by this unfortunate event.

 

 

Give us containers to compensate :) or just don't add new overdrive system in future <3 (P.S second must be much better)

Interesting. I had issues with lag and problems getting to the MM system, but I did not have any problems in Pro battles!

It is not just about being old and obsolete, the internet infrastructure itself is very brittle. There is a limit to what can be done to protect a system because everything relies on a huge number of uncontrollable factors.

Other game companies seem to usually manage perfectly wel, so I don't understand why Tanki can't do a little bit of upgrading/improving.

I guess these hackers are causing the game to lag so most players that have slower connections lag so they have more chances with the Golds and do well in battles.

 

I said many times that 10X and 20X Golds just encourages cheating. I know Golds are fun but look what it created: a new kind of cheating that consists of attacking the servers to cause lag.

For the past 3 days, I have had terrible lag, getting booted out of the battle and not able to get back in. Yesterday was the worse. Each battle lasted about 2 minutes for me and then booted out with a black screen. I reload and would get a message that the server is under maintenance, come back later or use another server. I click on the link for another server and that came up with the same message. 

 

I managed to get one mission done and that was to capture one flag. Just as I capped the flag, my screen went black, but the cap was recorded in my missions as done. 

 

Because of all the lag, being booted out and not being able to get back in, etc, etc, I've managed to acquire a grand total of 10 stars in 3 days. Right now, I have 25 stars. My goal was to get at least 100 stars a day. Well, that ain't happenin'. You can't earn stars if you're constantly being booted out of the game and not able to get back in. 

 

On the brighter side, I'm glad the Devs are finally taking care of some of the problems we players have been complaining about for months, but have been told it's not the game's fault, it's the fault of our dirty computers. Because of the work I do, I have to have a squeaky clean computer and I take extra steps to ensure it is (a process that I do every Saturday afternoon and takes about 2 hours to accomplish). Everytime I complained about lag, I get links on how to clean my caches. It felt like an insult.
