Problem when buying with credit card...

I tried to buy the mountain kit through credit card but when I filled all the requirements it said “session time out” . What’s that supposed to mean? I tried again and again but it didn’t work.plz help me someone.

Buy it through your browser and it shall work fine. I assume you tried buying it through the client or any other ones...usually it does give that error so use the browser version, buy what you want then use whatever client you were using.

What do you mean through my browser? I log into tanki online through google. Google is the browser i use. And what do you mean by other clients? 

I dont understand.:(

By Client, I meant using the official TO Client which you can download from the homepage, Tanko, Standalone FP, etc...there are many other ways you can play the game other than using the browser and most if not all those methods give a similar error if you try to purchase something from the shop so it is recommended to buy through the browser. Do what is said above by using the report option in your Shop in order to contact Help Desk and they will help you out.

I went to the shop and then went to another page. Isnt that the official TO client or whatever? (SCD is an authorised ecommerce merchant for tankionline.comEU..etc is said below it). Cant i buy only through that? Its a lot easier.

It is but obviously, you will be directed to another page since the payment doesn't happen inside the client. Anyway, contact the help desk to solve your issue and let them know about it by either clicking on the ''Report'' option which I previously showed or using this link.

Ok :). It worked. I don’t know if it was solved by the TO team or by itself but after I reported it they said they would inform me within 7 days after it was solved(they didn’t)

Anyway thanks a lot for your help...
