i see just Good comments from Moderators  :P  . Tanki payed them well hhhhhh.

I post constructive criticism when I have it. This update isn't perfect - it still appears to have some bugs despite all the testing devs have done. But as a feature, overdrives seem truly exciting, quite balanced and a fun new skill to learn. Really puts a new twist on the game, which has been getting a bit stale lately.

 

I don't expect you to believe me, but I'm telling you - there is absolutely NO extra bonuses given to helpers if they post positive feedback. All comments you see are (or should) be genuine.

Man, I haven't had this much fun in Tanki for a LONG time. Epic update  :D

Your picture shows the one huge disadvantage of these Overdrives - catching gold boxes will become a thing of the past for those not using Hunters, Titans and Mammoths.

True, but on large maps it's unlikely that any of the heavy hulls will be able to find and get to the gold in time. Anyway, to me the game is more about the objective, not just gold boxes.

lol, well that's your opinion. And I am not "nobody" so does many others. And yes I am happy with the game and what the change TO is doing.

You prefers to stay with a boring same OD rather than have diversity. That OD (dictator) was temporary, part of an interim (long) process, so you had plenty of time to adjust or decide to look somewhere else.

Plus there was no hint from TO that they will take into consideration your opinion about it anyway. You can't stop the evolution, the forward motion of the game. There still people crying for the crystals box...

Why would you disagree with the addition of a Free to Play feature anyway? 

How is it possible that someone can say something that stupid and not be trolling? Why wouldn't they take opinion from their OWN players? The players play the game, not them.

1. You guys need to tell us more details on this. You provided literally like 2 sentences per overdrive.

 

When wasp sets a bomb in Titan's dome will it still hurt those in the dome?

 

I just did it and none of the players died.

 

Or will Viking's rapid fire affect tanks in the dome?

 

2. This makes is so we die alot more.

 

I think its time Tanki lets us use 4 protection modules to balance this out. 

 

 

3. You guys made Vulcan stronger? Are you kidding?     

 

I think Twins needs to be made stronger.

rethink your statement, you only feel like its fun because you are playing in low ranks where viking is mostly common

at high ranks its just...

 

can u tell us the bug with juggernaut plz

Bug → Star icon was being displayed although overdrive wasn’t fully charged. This happened when I respawned after my Juggernaut got destroyed. This isn’t so serious one but I’m confused

new owerdrive is bad like matchmaker.its conected with hull so i must buy new hull because in deatmatch owerdrive doesnt help me at all.matchmaker puts me in the game witch are already won or lost people lives batlles statistics lies of number players.solid shooting game is transferd in crapy racing game.no offence no defence tim spirit is destroyed.i will not give money for child game

As a full time Rail Hornet player, let me explain you something  :unsure:

 

When you're firing an enemy with Railgun your accuracy must be very high. Specially when the enemy is far away. Railgun shots are very thin & we can't make splash damage like thunder. So accuracy is really really important. As all of you know, when an ally hornet activates his/her overdrive, we can see the position of enemy tanks by a special symbol displayed in front of them. Even though it's very useful, as a Railgun player I find it very annoying. That special symbol covers entire enemy tanks when they're far away from me. It makes Railgun players very hard to fire at them with good accuracy. This is a huge disadvantage of Hornet's overdrive  :(

 

My suggestion :- Display that special symbol above enemy tanks instead of displaying it in front of them and make it bit smaller  :)

 

Also Hornet's overdrive seem to be weak compared to others. How about adding some healing to Hornet's overdrive.? It won't make a big effect as Hornet has very less health points  :wub:

Hornet already ignores protection and double armor for almost 30 seconds! I don't feel it is weak, moreover you can see your enemies health, making it easy to decide which tank to shoot.

Tbh i had quite a lot of fun playing it ...was expecting to say its another trash update like usual .. but well there are still a lot of patches required like 

1. Titans dome : I dont think players inside the dome should be immortal this ruins gameplay a lot especially in rgb tho i used it a lot like that  :P .

Preferably add system like 10 hp per 3 seconds inside the dome so there is at least a chance of killing people.

2. Vikings Overdrive : To put it in 1 word its just "broken"... just increasing the fire rate in all turrets doesn't have the required effect always. Like i just was in a mm game with the entire enemy team as thunder and viking literally all 10 of them i had 50% thunder prot ofc but still could barely get out of spawn as for my team mates well rip half of em just ran ..
Think rapid fire just makes it too game breaking. I Believe it should just increase damage by a significant amount for 7 seconds. Because it affects different turrets differently using it with thunder has a much significant advantage as i stated earlier since you barely need to aim and you can easily keep a safe distance to prevent getting damaged.. (also consider that thunder already has the sub caliber rounds too so ...)

 

3. Mammoths immortality: I used it and loved it but its just impossible to defend against it coming to cap a ball in RGB since its duh "IMMORTAL". I think it should have a faster speed when the OD starts and then the speed should drop significantly when you hit someone like getting stunned so you have to accelerate again from 0 speed.

Yes, but only if the Hornet survives that 30 seconds. Hornets are easily killable even though they're having double armour :wacko:

Well, new overdrives SUCK! They totally destroyed the gameplay... now the battles are a race where players who recharge OD in less time win. No strategy, no time for doing anything, just spawn->kill->get killed again and again.

Overdrive should be a power that someone could use one/two times, not a supplies-like thing. This is a game about tanks, not magic hulls with strange powers, drones, etc...

They're not immortal.  You can still kill them, but your hit-rate is about 10% of what it was.

With Viking/Twins OD they can still be killed inside their dome.

 

With Viking, whatever turret they use you can't fight it.  I'm using Viking and Twins M4 with Heavy Plasmagun and the OD just kills EVERYTHING in its path.  The point is, Viking's OD coming at you you're dying.

Hey man.. I've used the old Viking and hunter (prior to 2016) as well as both those medium hulls afterwards. Yes Viking does feel a little light sometimes. However the hull's geometry still keeps it relatively stable when it's making different manoeuvres or sometimes under fire.

Let me ask you this; how could you possibly explain the Hull's immense popularity if it didn't have one of the most outstanding stats?

Anyways Viking OD seems pretty good, titan OD appears to be the best so far.

Viking is not stable.  Any turret with impact throws it around like a rag doll and it easily flips during movement on any uneven terrain.

 

You see lots of Vikings because many players bought Viking before the "rebalance" 2 years ago and had upgraded it.  Many don't have the crystals to just replace a medium hull with another medium hull.  I'm finally at the point where I bought a Hunter (to go along with my m3 18/20 Viking) and have slowly upgraded it to 10/20.

 

No, Hunter's OD is really good for close range turrets. In small maps with DD & DA on, just run into the enemies and use the OD. Boom! Everyone freezes for a few seconds with all supplies disabled, and of course they are all yours!

 

Only Mammoth's OD can save itself from Hunter's OD.  Mammoth's OD can't be disabled by Hunter's OD, thus it is still invincible as long as the OD lasts.

This is stupid.  So nothing can stop mammoth and if it is sitting on a flag even a Hunter can't negate it...

 

3. You guys made Vulcan stronger? Are you kidding?     

 

I think Twins needs to be made stronger.

In what way did they make Vulcan stronger?   When afterburn starts it has a 70% damage nerf.   How is that stronger?

This is stupid.  So nothing can stop mammoth and if it is sitting on a flag even a Hunter can't negate it...

 

 

Only for 10 seconds.  After that it's a sitting duck.
