Game-changing? Game-disrupting! Currently, the game is already unbalanced enough. And Tanki adds another feature...

:blink:. I must say:

No lack of self-confidence, but I would like to see some more self-reflection, which could lead to some real improvements.

 

My Tanki days are ending soon :unsure: … #SICK_OF_UNBALANCED_GAME

I will refuse to use new overdrives until they make them independent from hulls. I really do not want to use Dictator just to have the old good overdrive.

 

Removing overdrives would be much better than adding new ones...

The only one you will be punishing is yourself.  And your team-mates.  Enemies should send you a box of chocolates.

Do you guys remember what the devs said? Why did they remove crystal boxes? It was 'cause of battle funds. Now we are far away from the battle funds in MM because of the new gold box dropping mechanism, but they still did not add it back (This is just a random thing that I don't understand ).

And you know what I hate the most? Most of you are speaking about when the game was old it was way better, while you are the buyers ( some of you ) and you are making the ,,job,, ( play ) harder for others with your drugging and all the stuff you do. I am speechless.

If you guys don't see the advantage of updates tanki gives to us then shut up, in the past your comments had no impact on what they did. Why would it impact nowadays then? Personally, I like the way tanki is. Both the current and the old one. If you don't feel that I am right, you could shut up your fingers complaining about the new ODs, they were being created for dozens of months, you should appreciate that they at least didn't delay it more. Btw, as I mentioned before ( check page 2-3 ) we were the ones who chose the overdrives. If you are not satisfied with where tanki is heading to, I don't say to quit. But be kind and keep your opinion about it for yourself. If you have never heard of http://gtanksonline.com/ru/, and you really miss the old tanki, here is the oldest. This is hard, and challenging  perfect for those of you who always say it was balanced. Also keep in mind that when you say that titan dome with this or that is going to be ridiculously powerful, keep in mind you can do the same to your enemies. The day has come to tanki when this will be released. I am looking ahead for the next major update in tanki, which might take place next year. This years general focus is changing from Flash to HTML5 according to the 1st VLOG in 2019. And there is still ,,Zombie,, mode ahead of us, with an untold release date. There are still much more to come, just like Ares/Mars (TheNewHull) and things that are Tanki's secret. Let's be patient. I don't think tanki likes any of the comments you bomb here that how good it was in the old times. Say that what they did, in some form was good/right thing to do. That's all I can say.

I have M3 Smoky with Incendiary alt. I can get good score and k/d without hull overdrives.

In another topic some of us were talking about making the supplies OD be the default for all hulls and make the other ODs like hull alterations, one for each hull.

 

The only way devs may listen to us is when we don't play the game. And not playing the frustrating battles isn't that hard.

 

MM hasn't improved with the supposed Groups Update, and it may even be worse because more and more are exploiting other Group related weaknesses.

Wouldn't you (and your team) get an even better score if you used the overDrives?

Make sure to read this thread about what players are saying about the new overdrives not seeing much positive. Can you link the thread where we got to chose if we wanted new over drives? I don't remember them asking.

This isn't going to end well.

 

Hornet and Hunter both have the ability to turn off all your supplies - thanks Tanki, no point in me buying supplies from now on if it's going to be a waste of my money.

 

And in battles like CTF we used to use our overdrive next to the flag-carrier to give them health.  Looks like that's not going to be possible now.

 

This, I think, is going to be a worse cluster*uck than MM was.

We haven't tried this yet but I surely prefer this over the incessant spamming of 12345. You can share viking overdrives to blast through a base or use titan to heavily safeguard or protect it. 

It might be good or could be bad but I'm not going to make a comment on that till we actually try them out.

Viking's OD is only OP until you see what the other hulls have got.

And then you realise Viking has probably the weakest OD of the lot.

Yes but Viking is the most OP hull in general. Good HP, good speed, good stability.. heck it's got just about everything. Before the 2016 rebalance, hunter used to be faster than viking, slightly less health and it had no push power. 

However I personally still found it balanced due to it's speed back then. Now it's slower, less stable and has the same health. Dictator has it worse, how was that even balanced or fair for so long?

If I was Vsauce, I could probably explain it, but I am not him so I can't say that much about this. I do not know any history of the hull/turret balance changes, but what I can tell from my experience for surep is that Dictator is already used as a number one gold digger tool, so players would just have more advantage if some changes were made to Dictator too. It's physically logical that it's slow because how are you going to make a tall and big size tank move fast? I always looked at Dictator as a hull which should be considered heavy because of it's size of course. The new hull should be medium hull categorized if it is at the size of viking, and Dictator should be considered a heavy hull. Dictator's size is just big enough to be considered a heavy hull. This is just my opinion and I am not sure if I am right, but yes, I think we can agree on that Dictator needs some changes.

Anyhow, the devs know what they are doing so we just play with this game the way it is. (Writed on my poor mobile phone)

Who knows? The new hull might kick all the other hulls.

It is described to be very unique and different than any other hull in the game. The most important thing Viking's OD needs is that all the turrets must have the same DMG/S, and it will be balanced.

Let me stop you right there.

 

If Viking has "good stability" then how come it's so frickin easy to knock it off aim?

 

And really it only has a .5 units of speed advantage against hunter, which isn't much.

 

Hunter has 300 units of weight advantage over Viking which is a huge gap.

 

Also hunter can accelerate faster, turn faster, and can utilize the hull rocking ability better than Viking.

 

Besides you only have 3.5 hours on your m1 viking while I have 428 hours on my m3 Viking.

 

So I know exactly what a Viking user has to go through.
