"Duel" feature in PRO battles

Recommended Posts

Sometimes, it's really annoying to have to friend your enemies just to duel them. So they should make a new category, under the friends section. If you want to duel someone, you press the "Duel" button beneath the "Add to Friends" button. Then, PRO-battles could have another format, Duel. It immediately makes it one-on-one and you merely pick your map. This could stop one from being forced to friend their enemies. If you press the duel button under a user's name, it will add them to a list of "Duels" which, as I said, is placed under the friends category. If you go in to a Duel format battle, you see your list of Duels to invite. It is impossible to invite regular friends for duels, only those marked "Duel." Also, you cannot duel a friend.

This would be really cool if it was implemented.

Valid

Similar idea: "Duel" option in Matchmaking battles

I think the main part of that you should see about that is that it should look like this:

than it would flow better with the game

I mean specificaly Black Wasp777's suggestion

sorry for misunderstanding.

Why not duel a friend? If (s)he gets to bragging about how great (s)he is, you can slap him/her across the face with your virtual glove (that's how it was done in days gone by, except the glove was real leather), name the weapon, place and time. Yes, duel your friend and may the best (man/woman/person) win.

If they are your friend you can merely invite them to a battle. Or, just toss your gauntlet on the floor - unfriend them, and add them to duels. Anyways, it's fine if you can duel a friend.
