The Stars you buy are only for the Super Missions, not for the Challenge. Have you checked the special website?

Which implies that they DO count towards the Challenges.

Why didn't I get my containers for the Staries team in the "War of Thrones". The Staries team won and I unlike other Staries players were supposed to earn containers. I have scored over 2100 stars, so I was supposed to earn 10 standard containers and 10 weekly containers. Where are they?

 

What's wrong here?

I have completed the last 3 challenges. Great rewards from all 3. Seeing as how I have thunder prime along with other great skins/XT items, It saddens me that I will not no where near try and complete May's challenge. After the latest overdrive updates the game has became more difficult to get anywhere in it. But admin new this/wants to keep you in there so called MM system... Earning 60 to 100 stars a day now will not happen. Unless you fall into that high bracket so called FORMULA..... yep. the you have spent (real money of course) the higher you are in the equation. Some people (lots) will spend loads of supplies to get those 50 tiers and those skins. 

And you just *know* in a few months (or less) Tanki will be giving them away for free with containers.

you got it wrong, vik XT will now lose it's uniqueness, lot of veteran players already had it but now it'll be an overkill because even warrant officers or lower will be rocking it.

Having an entitlement that players who didnt buy skins from shop should not get the skins is a really bad show of ego. People pay for skins less for its uniqueness and more for getting it immediately without investing much time and effort in the game. Whereas some players invest massive amounts of time, effort and energy to get a single skin.

 

As for containers there is a bigger picture. Since skins are put limited time only in shop, the objective is for players to buy more containers from shop to get a skin if they missed it from the shop. Getting one in containers is super rare.

Non buyers getting skins from free containers is just a side effect and all in all fairness nothing can be done about it. However the probability of this is so low that its negligible.

 

So at the end its just a choice of having to spend money vs time on obtaining skins nothing else nothing more.

They already could, its been available in the shop twice I think. And its not like everyone will have it, it takes a ton of work to get the that last tier.
