Declined Turn the Overdrives into Alterations for hulls

The title explains everything, this will allow us to use our favorite hull and OD at the same time.

I never knew that was the purpose of overdrives-but it does help to make each hull unique.

Didn't you watch the V-logs? Overdrives were supposed to be released in the middle of 2018 but got massively delayed due to countless bugs needing to be fixed.

You can still play the game just fine without watching the V-logs, but they are a nice and brief summary of the most important things, as well as announcements of upcoming features and development progress, which is never officially announced on the forum. So I definitely recommend you follow them.
