The rewards I could get by spending 10k aren't worth it, so I'm not participating.

 

And these MM battles are garbage to me when challenges are on.

Well, I would say that this is "so so", the previous war is very cool.

I don't care about the reward. I just want to take part, then I take one or two reward, maybe...

But I really care about "Thankos Armor" paint. I wish I will kill him once after the war. That paint remembered me about Thanos in "Avengers : Infinity War" film. While you said "Which part?", I'll say that Thanos just snap his finger to restore the balance after he got all six Infinity Stones. That part was so heck and cruel.

I will attempt to give an analysis as to why I'm not joining this war: (please note this is not a rant, just simply my opinion)

 

Earn 1000 Stars*. This mission is beyond the capability of most players, and the reward is very underwhelming.

 

Collect 50 "Nuclear energy" supplies. I believe this will make players even more self-centered than before. You see, when you encourage players to collect a certain box as a mission, expect nothing else but seeing players in a battle fighting for that box and then using it for their own personal gain. The reward is also pretty meager compared to the effort you must put in for it.

 

Make 7 000 kills. While this mission gives you a decent reward, the requirement to complete it is very demanding and demotivating to say the least.

 

Destroy 40 Juggernauts. Let's be honest, when you destroy the juggernaut, that's usually due to luck and not skill. So how are you going to kill it 40 times? Unless you invest a huge amount of time into this mode, and have a lot of experience on how to avoid other players and kill the juggernaut efficiently, don't expect to get this done. The reward for this is also not worth it.

 

Maintain a K/D ratio of 1.00 or above till the end of the event. This mission was obviously put in to make players want to join the event, by deceiving them into thinking they can earn 10 gold boxes by basically doing nothing for a month. But there's two flaws with this, the first is that, even if you do only kill 1 or 2 tanks then log off for a whole month, you'd be losing out on all the rewards you normally obtain from weekly missions. The second, which is a bit more obvious, is that you're not really making any profit out of this. Since participating means you have to buy a paint which costs the same amount of crystals the reward will give you... bummer.

 

Use Overdrives 100 times. The only mission I found to be worth doing. Just use Hornet or Hunter and try to consistently do okay in your battles, you'll realize this can be finished in around a week or so. The reward is adequate to the amount of effort you're putting it in.

3. I'm at 1K kills with about 6 hours of play time, so, yeah. I could do it, but I have a life, probably won't end up doing it.

4. Easy - I've played 6 hours of JGR this WAR (the only MM I've played) and I already have 35 JGR kills. So, yeah, this one is easy for me. If you check my profile, I currently have like 12 hours on JGR, and this is my main account. In total on my accounts I have logged a measly 15 hours as of now, so I'm no pro at JGR. Anyone can do it.

5. Wowo, easy peesy. I use Shaft on this account and Magnum on my other, @HBTY2. My full K/D on HBTY is 0.63, but only because I used to use Fire/Wasp. This is why I joined the WAR, to get a free paint. I know I can keep it up on both accounts. So I just get a bonus 3 of both containers, and possibly 30K crystals (not bad) and 100 supplies. 

6. Yep, as you said, easy. I haven't played very much on @HBTY2, but with the JGR's OD counting towards this total, this is a 1 hour business.

To be honest here, juggernaut in the lower ranks is vastly different from the one we see in the higher ranks. When I join any JGR battle, there would normally be around 3 strikers chasing it, maybe 2 shafts camping in a corner, and several freezes and hammers who are just a pain in the neck to deal with. In the lower ranks it's mainly freeze, since striker's crazy alterations still aren't widespread yet.

 

I also forgot to mention that the K/D mission is in fact pretty easy to complete, if you don't die too much in parkour (like me), but finishing it is not profitable because it'll just return the same amount of crystals you've spent to participate in the event.

I believe the stars mission is easier than the 7000 kills one (even with 30 kills per juggernaut match it's going to take a lot of time :() though that may be cause of premium, but I dunno how interested I actually am in that paint.

Yes you are right, the stars for the WAR stars mission needs to come from team battle mode (CTF, CP,...)  and you need to be in the wining team.

For the challenge itself all stars counts.

According to what the missions say that's correct but juggernaut kills very quickly, so it's the best for the kills mission... For the stars (at least for my ranks) it's best if I try to get a battle group, 1-2 extra players with a brain is better than 7 random team mates XD

This is my reply.

 

1. I don't think I can reach 1000 stars because I always play for 30-45 minutes.

2. I'll take nuclear energy when I need it. Besides, that's not important for me.

3. I also don't think I can destroy 7000 tanks in a month. (Look at first reply)

4. I can't destroy any Juggernaut in a game, even I use Shaft.

5. Well, honestly I sometimes going up and down about this, depend on how much I killed and died.

6. Very easy. I always use Hornet because of fast charging and combine with Firebird, and sometimes I use Titan while I'm using Shaft because of its protector dome.
