Cannot establish connection - [HELP!]

 Share

Recommended Posts

Hello from a week ago tanki was working awesome, without any problems, but now when i open it it takes too much time to load [without ending and it doesn't even load], sometimes it loads and i enter it but when i enter a battle it doesn't stop loading, and sometimes i enter a battle, but when it finishes, it is impossible to join another battle as it doesn't load

Conclusion: it loads sometimes [1% of times], and sometimes it doesn't loads [99% of times]

Observation: i expect that the game cannot connet to the internet on my PC, but it was working awesome

note: from  1 week, i was using an internet data on my PC on hot spot, i've a wireless USB that enable me to open the hotspot, but when i paid for my router, the problem started, also it loads on the hotspot, but the problem is in the router internet

note: i'm using windows 7

note: the game works normally on the browser so the problem is only in the client.

note: my internet speed is 600KB/S [very fast]

note: problem started when i started playing on my router internet [it is only on this connection]

note: i contaced my ISP and they said they're giving internet only and they're not resposible about any online games

note: the router internet was working btw when i last paid for it, and tanki was opening normally it is just this is the first time to show a problem about the connection

note: everything works and any other games works normally also no problem on my connection with internet, so what is the problem

note: i also tried to remove tanki's data, rebooting router, uninstalling it with removing its data completely, none of them worked.

Help please i've just finished upgrading viking m2 and i need help i want to playy ittt

Waiting for any reply that could help [please]

I could even play in 64kbps mobile data with all cache files ready on client, 600kbps is not very fast for today's standards, but it is 9 times bigger than 64kbps. So dont immediately say that 600kbps is extremely slow and that stuff, and don't delete my comment just to replace it with generic "clear your cache" to get extra 3 likes.

The only thing you can do for now is try using vpn, if it doesnt work it looks like it is problem in servers, because you already tried all those cache deleting stuff

Your ISP might be throttling your connection... only way to solve this would be to change your ISP or use a VPN.

When you called your ISP, did you ask how much speed you are paying for? Did they test your line to insure that's how much you are actually getting? They don't have any control over the game, but they do have control over how much speed they are allowing you or how much is actually getting through to you.

Cables get damaged (not your fault), outdoor connectors get damaged or corrode, someone working on the line may have accidentally put a splitter on your line when you should have a dedicated line. All three has happened to me. The tattletale sign of something wrong with the line is sudden lag. If you're not satisfied with answers on the phone, request a Tech to come to the house and manually check out the system.

Did you get your router from your ISP or from the store? There may be a manufacturer's defect in it. The Tech can tell if your router is bad by putting his tester on it.

i don't think that, everything working fine bro, my ISP probably is not the problem i can even play tanki on browser but it laggy so i prefer playing in client to playing in browser but now the client isn't working, so the problem might be from the client and thats why i'm asking for help, ty for answer

My speed is full and doesn't need for test, it is 600KB/S the last time i paid for it and till now, it is the same it loads with 600KB/S, so my ISP is not the problem or even throttling the connection, because if it is, why the game works on my browser?, i just want to fix the client but how? i don't know thats why i'm asking.

note: careful that i wrote [i can enter the game sometimes in the client], this means that the client is not fully unopenable.

If the official client doesn't work, try using standalone flash.

Low space on hard disk can block cache generation completely and you cant play. It doesnt affect browser because it rarely caches files (only login data and mostly the current session,  due to low space reserved by default something like 1mb) unlike client which saves literally everything (can grow over 500mb easily) . Do you have low available space on system disk? Your main router has speed of 600KB which suggests that you probably have low-tier pc with low space, correct me if i am wrong

i've space on my both hard disk, my internet speed is 5MB/s i.e 600KB/s, so both of them isn't the problem.

Check your internet connection

i hate this question, my internet is extremely high to run tanki in  almost 8 seconds completely, [as it was doing the last time i paid for it.]

When I read this topic, you said nothing about using Windows 7 nor did you mention the client. That was added after my answer. The client is out of my league since I don't use it. Is there a reason you never downloaded Windows 10?

Have you try entering the game with a browser?

I could not enter a battle for once with the client on both my old Win7 and current Win10 PCs. The client just doesn't work for me.
