CP: allow us to capture a point even if they are in our teams possession.

Can you explain what changed?

Or you finally understood the logic behind it?

I considered the feedback and discussed it with others.

CP battles are unpredictable, you can do every thing right and still lose. It depends on the whole team. And that's why I think it needs to be changed.

What-you feel the whole mode must be eliminated?

If this idea is implemented it would make the mode more stable. Besides-why is it different from any CTF or RGB where you can do everything right and have your team mates lose the game for you?

That's not CP anymore mate... The goal is to capture the points, leave to another point and capture other points if you're an attacker. If you're more likely to play in a defensive way, you keep camping on your base's point, but at the end of the day, it would make no sense if it was unlimited. Some players would definitely find a way to trick the game and to earn a lot of experience by staying at the same point. Anyway, this idea is a great controversy to make people react about it, but overall I'm positive it will never become an update to the game... or it will

Another reason why I think the cps should start to neutralize. A camper tank could capture the point, drive out of range for a second or two, drive back on and get another capture point. When that turns to a darker shade of blue, drive out of range for a couple seconds, return and get a third capture point. How many times can a Mammoth do this before it's destroyed?

You need something more visual than a different shade of the same color. Battles go very quickly, you don't have time to ask yourself, is that one a dark shade than that one? If you want to stay with the same color scheme, Blue and Red, how about different colors within that spectrum. Each time the point is captured it would have a little different color. In the example below, after the third capture the point is at its true color and cannot be captured again until it goes neutral, then starts all over again. You have to keep in mind, in a good CP battle, cps can change hands every few seconds.

In the example below. Blue caps the point (Cyan). A minute later a blue teammate caps it again (Powder Blue). Red comes along, neutralizes and caps (pink). Then another Red (Magenta). Then a third Red teammate comes along and caps (Red). Blue comes along and neutralizes it (as in present gameplay) and turns it Cyan and so forth. You could possibly have each capture stage a few more points than the previous.

Example:

1st capture:  Cyan-----------------------Pink

2ne capture: Powder blue-------------Magenta

3rd capture:  Blue------------------------Red

We could have 2 shades of blue and red and alternate between the shades, like for example:

1st capture: blue............red

2nd capture: dark blue ........dark red

3rd capture: light blue ........light red

4th capture: back to blue.......Back to red.

Just something simple.

Wait-all I suggested was that after 30 sec-or 45 sec the point should be able to be recaptured in a darker shade. Those mammoths will have to wait 2-3 minutes to fully capture a point. You can't just drive out of range and restart.

Also-if you folk don't agree with me that it shouldn't neutralize-what is the point in a darker shade-unless it is showing you that it is being recaptured-no?

Yes, you sort of said that: http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=380673&do=findComment&comment=6706622
