You might already know that we’ve got another Crazy Discount Weekend starting this Friday (24th May). But let’s take it up a notch.

 

Throughout the Discount Weekend, you’ll be getting even more Stars whenever you finish a battle in the top 6 places.

 

More Stars = Faster Challenge progress = More rewards!

 

Remember, the top prizes for the May Challenge are the Viking XT Skin in the Silver Tier, and the new Viking Prime Skin in the Gold Tier (requires a Battle Pass), plus lots of other rewards.

 

Here are the new Star amounts for the top 6 places in battle:

 

Winning Team / Solo mode battle

• 1st place: 4 Stars
• 2nd place: 4 Stars
• 3rd place: 3 Stars
• 4th place: 3 Stars
• 5th place: 2 Stars
• 6th place: 2 Stars
• All other active participants: 1 Star

Losing Team

• 1st place: 4 Stars
• 2nd place: 3 Stars
• 3rd place: 3 Stars
• 4th place: 2 Stars
• 5th place: 2 Stars
• 6th place: 1 Stars
• All other active participants: 1 Star

Remember, you will only receive Stars if you have been active enough in the battle.

these stars are based on score experiences over 70 .. what I would also like to know seeing some of us have the star pass would this now change the stars in top place to 8 instead of 4 ?? and so on lower ..

I can't tell you how many times I've been dropped into the last 2 minutes of a game due to MM.  What does 'active enough' mean?

You actually need a minimum score of around 60-90. I can't recall precisely. So if the game throws you in a 2 minute match it's unlikely that you even gain a star.

When did the battle pass or as some call it the ''star pass'' ever doubled the amount of stars we get? It never did, not even once. All it does it just allow you to get the extra tier which is locked so as we all already know, it just gives us those extra rewards in the other tier, not doubling the stars and it never ever did that too. So, now that we can get 8 stars, it is the same.
