New drone, and MM versions for Stadium and Chernobyl!

If anyone is interested about the new drone MU and SU costs, they will be probably like the following:

The cost would be probably a little adjusted, so it's 500k for MU and 1 million for SU.

I can't even understand how this drone is the " Buyers Drone " ... if u talk about number of batteries spent per minute .. then don't call the drone the buyers drone .You can get crystals from battles and save it .. and you can get batteries from weekly containers ( open big numbers at once ) and save them till u have a big amount of crystals and batteries.. But if you don't care about doing the missions.. you might not get a lot of batteries and supplies and then it will be not easy.. then you can upgrade the drone ( without speed-up for sure ) and buying batteries when needed .. This drone is VERY VERY cheap = 1000 crystals only . 

Drone very cheap 1000 crystals , lets even assume the upgrades are very cheap like 20k for a fully upgraded drone . You think it might be worthwhile...

If you look my profile , you see that i have 2 drones and together i used them just over 10 hours . Battery usage ....3917 . All free batteries and i got like 900 batteries now in my account , which i can use in lets say 3 hours more . After that , i would need to buy .

No matter how lucky you are ,you will not have more then 7000 batteries in your account ( i play all the missions , so even when you are lucky with containers , you cannot have more then 50% more batteries in your account then me ) .This means , your lucky drone can play a whopping 20h before your batteries run out , and you need to buy them .

No matter how you turn things around , drones do something extra , but are extreme battery burners . Your maxed out 20 hours of drone usage will take you how far ? About 40k experience ... wow ... hahaha . And then talking about how much it did for you ... saved you 10% of kills ( extremely high assumption ) . So lets say that brought you 20% extra xp above normal playing , so to reach those 40 k , normally you would have made 33k experience . Spectacular difference isnt it , you burned 7000 batteries , have played 20h , and actually gained 7k in experience . And think when you are getting the 7000 batteries again to make another 7000 k difference .

Drones are endfeatures , for people who have a full account and got crystals so spare or for buyers . There is no middleground .

That's actually not true. The chances of getting rare rewards is not changed based on how many you open at once.

If you open 5 at a time, you'll still have a decent chance at epic or even exotic items.

 

If you open 1, you'll most likely to just get a common to uncommon item.

Well that can just be because you're opening more than one at once and those are separate chances to get high rewards. 

 

Open one container, that is a chance to get an epic or a legendary. Open 5 or 15, and that is 5 or 15 separate chances to get an epic or a Legendary.

I used to open them seperately. Opened well over 50 and got nothing Epic, leave alone Legendary or Exotic. Saved 15, opened them at once and got the Legendary paint Magnolia. This has increased happening lately.

Container rewards do depend on some factor, I don't know whether it's the number of them opened at once, or it's the time after a Container is opened (I got 1 of the 15 Containers over 15 days ago).

It may be a matter of both, but the latter one has surely been prevailing.

Once upon a time it felt that way... was either just coincidence, or... they have changed the % recently.

 

I always save up and open multiple containers... min of 5 but usually closer to 10.

 

Only thing other than supplies (and a few 3500 crys) I'm getting is paints.  And not animated paints - just lousy container paints.

Q: How can I get more containers? Very Simple , if you don't want to buy , then get them from missions and challenges and don't open them .. just save them till u have a big number of containers then open 15 and 5 at once. 

 

More containers you open ... More prizes you get.

 

Thanks for the info but it does not work for me because I only get the containers through missions so I never have more than 3! So I do not have a choice but to open 1 at a time and 99% it is either Mines or Speedboost of which I have about 15,000 of each. I cannot use them fast enough because the cool downs are so long that it is ridiculous. This game is becoming a joke with the short battles and the long wait.  I have waited over 1.5 min only to get dumped on a battle that has only a few second left! But that's OK, the dumb people who pretend to be game designers are busy reworking maps and turrets instead of fixing the serious issues.  Thankfully there must be enough dumb buyers to keep this game going.  I just play enough to get some crystals so I can buy a Pro pass and play some real long battles without drugs or limited drugs to whatever falls from the sky. As far as this so called MM is just a joke by some clueless people.

Now before you guys go on praising this drone, I'll just have to say that it is better to use a currently-upgraded Drone you may have than Brutus. Why?

 

My Assault Drone is 5/20 right now and gives me 2% more damage and protection for my turret and hull. Upgrading Brutus 3 times would put it to just over 2%. The problem there is that I can get even more out of the Assault Drone than I can out of the Brutus Drone. Even if the Brutus Drone is at 20/20, I'm getting way more for a 10/20 Assault Drone. 

 

Until I see the upgrade costs, then I would consider investing crystals into it but until then, any other type of drone will do.

 

I guess that would not reach many players' heads. I bought it because it was so cheap and they said its total upgrade cost is cheaper. But as long as you have a good-levelled upgraded drone, you won't need Brutus. Batteries cost 300 crystals, the Drone might as well randomly self-destruct an enemy every minute.

Why can't you save containers over 2 or 3 or even 4 weeks?  that's up to 12 containers.    No one forces you to open them immediately.

It's kind of hard to not open them when you bust your exhaust pipe getting one-shotted in every MM battle and finally get it after days of torture, only to find that it's a common item when it could have been an rare or even an epic item. 

 

I had about 8 saved on two of my accounts but I caved and opened them and posted them in the Container Rewards thread. I was able to repress the urge on one of the accounts and it has 11 containers saved up right now and should have 15 by the 6th of June. 

 

And maybe they need the supplies badly because you have to use them in order to complete some of the mission combos the game decides to give you. 

Oh, and I get slight frame drops when I go to the middle of the Chernobyl MM map. I would get a constant 30 FPS everywhere else but when I go in there, it drops to 23-27 frames.

Brutus is there for low-ranked players to get an advantage over others with less crystals.

 

At low ranks players (excepting buyers) have not built up a large war-chest. 

They have to make decisions.  Buy a new turret OR upgrade a hull OR buy a drone.

In many cases this drone will not be the better choice - especially if you can't MU it quickly.

 

Players with lots of crystals (aka buyers) don't have to make those decisions. They can buy a new turret AND upgrade a hull AND buy the drone AND also upgrade the drone.

OK, my mistake. I went back and re-read the WIKI. The green containers do not increase in value by ranking up, but the blue (weekly) do. The contents of green containers is random. The blue contains crystals and supplies.

Chernobyl looks great and closer to the Nuclear plant (they used new prop form other map) - stadium is bigger than before.
