Make stars actually fair

I am just sick of seeing people with 5 or 10 score less to get 1 star less just because of pure luck and then it jumps 200 lower and it gives same amount to that player. I dont care about challenge at all but this is just plain stupid.

Yes! Stars should be based on score. Or maybe D/L. Or a combination of all the different statistics. Basically what I'm trying to say is that stars should be based on  ANYTHING else besides placement. All that does is make everyone not care about the game and only care about kill stealing & capture stealing & everything else stealing! And suddenly you realise that you're playing more against your own team mates then the enemy team! You know, you should really post this in Ideas and Suggestions.

Problem is, if you base it off score or D/L, people on the losing team in unbalanced battles will get nothing or next to nothing. I can see that causing some complaints.

This system is already the biggest possible crap, taking the objective score and number of players with individual score will make it perfect.

And multiply all stars with x10 to make it more precise

I can see Support Nanobots Isidas becoming extinct with that. I struggle to get even one kill with it against Legends. And here is a battle where the generous player in first place gave me a flag to capture and this is where I placed.

lol, nothing is fair in this world anymore, where is the good old time?

Gold medal is given to the top one, it does't matter if you broken a world record or scored below your personal best. First means first.

@@CabbageRoll you should know by now that premium accounts gives double stars. The player that got 6 stars has premium account, so actually he only got 3 stars.

I've noticed, through my own experience campers may have high kill and low deaths, but they still have low score because camping is not highly valued as activity. A camper has low activity. Just like a Shaft player that spends most of his time staring down a scope can get booted from the battle from inactivity.

On my Isida account, I use Support Nanobots. It's the pits if I'm caught in a tight situation. Isida doesn't have a chance of defending itself. If the teammate I'm trying to heal gets killed despite all my efforts, my only defence is to load SB and get my butt out of Dodge. Although, on the other hand, in ASL/RBG I've managed to keep the flag/ball bearer alive long enough to score.

Not a good idea. Non-druggers and people who use builds like Firebird+Wasp will most of the time get a D/L under 1.

EDIT: Just had a thought. D/L-based Stars would consistently give Shaft and Magnum users more Stars because they always snipe people and get a bunch of kills and only a small handful of deaths.

Snipers don't always get high scores. It's not only the ratio between kill and deaths, but also physical activity. A Shaft user who spends most of his time staring down a scope can get booted out of battle because of inactivity, even though that person has a fair amount of kills. That has happened to me on my Shaft account and to many others who asked the question, "Why?" A "stay at home" sniper has to have a whole heck of a lot of kills to get into the top 3 of a winning team.

I'm not a Magnum player, but I assume it's the same for them. If they stay behind the wall and lob shots across the battlefield, even though they get a lot of kills, they don't move much. That's why you see more and more Magnum players moving around using Magnum like Thunder or Striker using single shots. The more you move around and engage the enemy, the higher you score will be.
