Supposedly they are working on this. In the live chat the other day, they mentioned that a lot of these issues cannot fix at the moment (can't remember exactly why but I believe it involves the recent changes to HTML5 from Flash). They did however say they plan to solve most of these issues very soon.

They haven't given up on the game at all for sure. They're still rolling out several updates periodically and are trying to be more innovative. Even though Tanki has lost some players over the years I would imagine they're still doing well as they have shifted more to a pay2win model of gaming business.

The problem here HTML5 has a lot of problems to Why do they continue to fill the game with a lot of updates without knowing the source of the problems most of the time when we ask for help to a problem they say the problem in the Internet or computer and the problem is resolved only after the server restarts and sometimes never resolved

Well according to the live feed they do know the source for many of the problems but again for some reason they can't fix them at the moment. I'm not familiar with game development so I can't say (or even remember) why that is. Perhaps go back to the feed and scroll to see if you can find where they were discussing it and see what's up.

I do not know how they will deal with directing weapons like Shaft or Striker I do not think HTML5 will deal with these weapons Specifically  if you like playing With the keyboard

Every game has lag, even the most the most popular game at the moment (fortnite) has lag.

It's what every game has to deal with, it's impossible to remove lag completely, you can only try to reduce it. So my advice to you is to just deal with it. ;)

I've been researching the forums on high action games and MMOs. Lag is a global problem with many contributing factors. There is nothing that can be done on the gaming side and most times not on the player's side either. It has to do with distance data has to go, lost packets, sending/receiving stations along to way. Some underwater cables are very old and are unable to carry the amount of data that is being sent, especially at peak times. When a cable fails, it's replaced.

Look at this map. In the right hand column near the top is a link: "Look no further" the articles explains the matters much better than me and goes into more depth. Education continues outside the classroom. You never stop learning.
