Downtime for maintenance

well i cant even load into the login page, it just keeps loading and loading forever.

btw i use the client

You need to clear your cache as follow

- Tanki Client https://help.tankion...e-clients-cache

if not working re-instal the client (not ideal)

If not, what else? Enlighten us please.

I still can't  get  it to load the login screen  either. It's been like this for 2 days now.

 

It's not the cache (I cleared that)

 

I've tried two different  PCs at home - same result.

 

I use IE  browser.

 

Can anyone  help., please?   I've lost 2 days of premium bonuses, and I'm not a happy tanker.

I'd suggest you to install the TankiClient > ( Click to download )

Or maybe on Chrome or Firefox, either way i'm able to login through the client and chrome

An alternative solution which i dunno if it would work, try using VPN (browser) perhaps  (based on personal experience)

I don't trust the Tanki client - I'd only use a browser.

 

Firefox doesn't work.

 

Chrome does allow me to  log in,but the mouse controls don't work (it doesn't fire on the left button, or turn left and right, so that's a non-starter.  I really need IE working again.

 

If I can't get this fixed (and does anyone know why IE's suddenly stopped working?), then I might try VPN,  but I  might just call it a day and cure this addiction.

 

Cold turkey won't be easy.

Can you, or someone that can fix game issues, investigate a particular issue I have with the client?

Immediately after I click "Play" on the client, it closes the window, and only shows a white box when I hover over the application symbol on my taskbar, instead of loading into the game.

I tried waiting for a while to see if it would work, it did not. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client, still didn't work. This is a major issue for me, as the client is my only way of playing Tanki at 60 FPS, while maintaining decent graphics.

Reinstalling the client unfortunately does not clear all the cached info from the client. Have you tried the steps in this article?

You may also want to clear Internet Explorer's browser cache, since Flash uses that cache to store data as well. If this doesn't solve your issue, you should try creating a topic on our help site.

what did you do for server maintenance?

It's just maintenance to the servers, to make sure they can continue to run properly. It didn't bring any new features to the game.

After 15th update I have not been able to sign on to play. I press the PLAY button then the sign on screen appears empty but the sign on box does not appear. help!
