I read that the Chrome that will come with the changed Flash permissions will be the one that that rolls out in September.

Has that plan changed? Or I read the wrong info?

I use the client, but I'm having issues lately.

The update of Chrome to version 76 is planned for the 30th of July. In that version, Flash will be disabled by default. The client should not be affected by this though.

If it's disabled by default, can we still enable it?

Yes, but...

"Flash will be disabled by default, but can be enabled in Settings at which point explicit permission is still required for each site when the browser is restarted."

... you can enable it in Settings, then give permission for each site, every browser restart.

Edit:

I said before something about September, but it wasn't about Chrome, I was wrong.

It's Firefox that will do something similar in September. Then...

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Plugins/Roadmap

"2019

In September 2019, Firefox 69 will remove the "Always Activate" Flash option so we always ask for user permission before activating Flash on a website.

2020

In early 2020, Flash support will be completely removed from consumer versions of Firefox. The Firefox Extended Support Release (ESR) will continue to support for Flash until the end of 2020."
