The graphic is a bit misleading.  Technically, you needed to complete the original 5 War Missions (make 7000 kills, etc.) to get Demolisher 2.0.  And as Marcus says, buying the Battle Pass doesn't count towards getting Demolisher 2.0.

 

You haven't completed kills mission. Buying battle pass is an additional mission and does not count.

 

Edit: For further proof, here are the relevant details from the original announcement:

 

 

 

1. Collect 50 “Nuclear Energy” supplies. Reward: 100 each supply*.

2. Use Overdrives 100 times. Reward: 3 weekly container.

3. Destroy 7000 enemy tanks. Reward: 30 000 crystals.

4. Finish a battle in the TOP 3 of your team for 70 times. Reward: 10 gold boxes**.

5. Deliver 100 flags in CTF mode. Reward: 3 regular containers.

6. Special Task: Buy a Battle Pass. Reward: The "Demolisher" paint will remain in your Garage forever.

 

IMPORTANT: The "Demolisher" paint is temporary. It has been released exclusively for this War. However, if you complete all 5 missions in the "Demolition WAR", this paint will be converted into the "Demolisher 2.0" animated paint and will remain in your garage forever.

 

Moreover, if you complete all 5 missions PLUS the Special Mission (buying a Battle Pass), you will also receive a grand prize of 300 Tankoins!

 

 

 

As you can see, buying the Battle Pass alone doesn't get you Demolisher 2.0.

Well , it was in the rules of the contest and i found it pretty clear . I would vote against you getting it since you didnt do the hardest mission . People who get it did do that and are rewarded for it .

What didn't you understand ? It's in yellow stated as important . This is/was clear for almost all players . This is a no brainer , no you do not deserve the paint since you missed 1 of the missions .
