I got allready a few Legendary containers opened , not yet a Exotic 1 . I do not buy any container , but idk how many i've opened , must be between 500 to 2000 if i have to guess .

Furthermore, if you want a skin then paying 15$ and spending the time is worth it for two skins (your post suggests a waiting period of 7 years for a single and certainly random skin, whereas paying 15$ will enable you to get two skins with one being of your choice for sure and another maybe being your choice. You can do this by waiting until a challenge appeals to you and then going ahead and taking part in it).

 

Also, if I'm not mistaken the probability that you suggest is theoretical as opposed to experimental. Even if the chance is 0.1%, then it isn't really a certainty that by the time you open 1000 containers you will get a skin. Experimentally speaking, it is possible for you to get one on the 1st or 500th or past the 1500th container you open as each and every time, the chances of not getting a skin are 99.9%.

The Exotic is just a skin. You can either spend 100-200$ on spending containers on it or just buy a new game in Steam.

 

I recommend Battle pass as it gives very good paints and XT's.

Am i the only one who prefers m3 looks over an skin or XT? Id rather spend the IRL money on crystals to get all m3s :)

It would most likely take you nearly 70 7 YEARS to get ONE Exotic reward from a container.

I'd just like to point out that I got an exotic container from buying the battle pass, and opening 15 containers from the challenge that gave Viking XT. Quite random, but still did happen!  :ph34r:

Additionaly, if you want a Hornet XT so that makes it a 0.1/31 (as there are 30 skins in the game and in the exotic section, there is a million crystal award). If 70 years to get one exotic award, then 70 times 31 to get a higher chance of getting the specific hull or turret you like. That makes it 2,170 years. 2,170 years to get a fair chance of getting your favourite 'skin'. If I am not wrong, that makes 31,000 dollars too. And again, thats just mathematical. Its only a chance.

Ooo! I like the idea of not spending anything on containers and rather utilizing it for the battle pass. But battle pass. Nice.

Well, if you want an item very bad, containers isn't the right choice, you have a very small chance at getting anything either you want an XT skin or a paint you should buy them for crystals/ tankoins instead of praying for them to pop out from a container

Exactly. I don't know what the author of the post has problems with, but me personally, I have problems with the fact that containers are kind of expensive and secondly the fact that XTs are extremely rare and non purchaseable. Either the chances for exotic rewards should be increased to 2% or to make them purchasabke for 500k..
