Commemorating Henry

Hello fellow tankers, today I regret to inform you that a beloved member of our community, Henry (@Classique), has passed away due to suicide. This topic is to commemorate and remember our friend. Prayers go out to his family. 

 

Please keep him and his family in mind these next few days.

Henry was really the only person I played TO with, he helped me with a few things, he was even with me when I got my first XT, we talked pretty much every day. He was struggling with school and depression, and I tried to help him, but it wasn't enough. Rest Easy bro, I'll never forget you. <3

I didn't know him, but my prayers go out to his family and friends to help get over this tragedy. Suicide is always the worst news, it's the last cry for help. Too bad he wasn't able to get professional intervention. pythor20000 I'm sure you tried your best, so don't think you failed your friend. Depression is very deep rooted and sometimes not even the one who is depressed knows the reason why. Yes, he may have given reasons for the depression, but it may have gone deeper than what lies on the surface.

 

Please, anyone contemplating suicide or if you know of someone who is, look up the phone number for your local suicide prevention hotline. This is not a matter to be taken lightly nor one to joke around about.

It is very sad just to know that someone that is playing the same hard to find game as you has passed away.

Somehow we (the tankers)are very close. I didn't had the chance to know him but from what Apostle said he looked like a nice guy.
