Try changing your controls to different keys. For me the arrow keys caused ghosting, so I now use O K L ":" as my hull controls.

Time? It takes like a minute or so, and you only do it once, unless you switch device/browser, or clear your cache.

It's more about the muscle memory than the time... I've been using these controls since 2012 or earlier... I tried changing them and I found myself even more uncomfortable.

 

On the suggestion, this would actually be a slight buff, as currently you have no way to shoot behind yourself that isn't putting the barrel at 90° and doing a light shot... But like this you could just aim it in the enemy face if they're chasing you.

For some it might take only a minute or so, but for others, it's trial and error.

Change the controls, and then you have to play a battle just to see if you like it or not.

 

It could take hours just to find the perfect control setup.

 

Another thing to point out is how many keys you're changing. If you're changing 1,2, or even 3 keys, then it'll just be a small change and take about a minute.

 

If you're changing your whole control setup, then it would take way longer, because you can't just make your backward acceleration key be Q and your forward acceleration key be M because then it would be a lot less convenient.

Also, if someone is chasing you, having Magnum at 180 degrees would make you able to attack them without having to turn around.

Could they also add the power gauge to mobile? If they were random shots before they sure are now, because I can't even use the charge level to target specific places.
