Due to numerous requests, we've made this topic. Here you can, and should, report all the bugs you find in the game or in the forum.
 
For a faster response, please post info about the bug you have detected as follows:
 
1. Detailed description of the bug, with the attached screenshots/videos.
2. Sequence of action you need to perform to repeat the bug (if you know it). If the sequence is unknown or not needed, say it in your message.
3. Your PC's specifications, details on your internet connection, your browser and its version as well as any other information that is important in your opinion.

Most common bugs and glitches

 

Arbitrary self destruction when not in "Danger Zone"
It usually occurs when your tank is mounted on another tank in the map Madness (Auto self-destruct when you shoot or jump off a ramp/platform)
Reason: It's caused by false positive of anti-cheat system. Programmers are working to improve it.
 
I can not deal any damage to opponents, pickup drops or capture points/flags. (Refresh fixes it for sometime)
Reasons: It's caused by false positive of anti-cheat system.
Possible solution: Unload all background software and processes/programs. Try to change the browser you are currently using for TO.
Sometimes you don't deal any damage when you enter a battle, but it automatically turns on upon the next respawn or after refreshing the page.

 

Vulcan sometimes doesn't deal any damage to opponent or to itself (no overheat)

Possible solution: There is no workaround for this problem as of yet. Just stop firing for a moment.

Solution is in-progress.

 

Shaft's turret jams and sometimes goes up when still aiming for an opponent

Possible solution: When turret rotation jams, just press turret rotation key(Z, X & C || <, >, /) to rotate it. Crosshair is lifted after your tank gets destroyed when being still.

Fix is planned.

You're temporarily forbidden to write in chat. This message appears in textbox with no reason
Reason: Antiflood issue
Workaround: Simply untick "Show notifications" in settings and hit save. If you want to keep it open then play along. If not, then untick it and hit save again. The chat issue won't be there anymore.

 

Vulcan suddenly overheats.

No solution yet.

 

Zero battle reward at the end of a battle.

This is a visual glitch. Crystals will be added to the players' accounts either immediately, after refreshing or after the server update.

No fix yet.

today My friend went on and he randomly got 300 of each supply so i went on my acc to see if it happened with me and it did i now have 200+ off each mor than i had before please tell me if anyone else hashad this its realy werid

I assume you are aware of this, but sometimes, I am removed from a battle when I try to change equipment. It says fatal error occurred and my score is lost.

I don't think that the supplies bug is gone, I got 300 first aid, 300 armor, 200 double power, 400 nitro and 300 mines xD.

There was a bug in the calculation of the drug. Drugs will not be clean

for some reason in the last 5 hours probably at server restart 100 supplies of double damage and double shield were taken from my account it has happened to not just me so could you fix this because I need them for my clan war tomorrow. EDITED just in the last 5 minutes I lost 100 health supplies. EDITED I just lost 100 mines

Today in a Battle, I Pressed Tab To See Battle Statics! Some names were appearing grey and those players, I wan't able to see! They were totally invisible though I could feel them! When They picked up drugs, attacked me, but I could do nothing! This has happened to me before too! Why was it so?

Hello,15 minuts ago I stay in a Highlands you know that world.. the goldbox was falling right on me but i cant take it is this the other people can take it but i cant take it.
